Washington Post said:
Wikileaks posted a massive trove of internal Democratic National Committee emails online Friday, in what the organization dubbed the first of a new "Hillary Leaks" series.

The cache includes nearly 20,000 emails and more than 8,000 file attachments from the inboxes of seven key staffers of the DNC, including communications director Luis Miranda and national finance director Jordan Kaplan, according to the Wikileaks website. The emails span from January 2015 through late May and are presented in a searchable database.

The cache appears to contain sensitive personal information about some donors, including Social Security numbers, passport numbers and credit card information.

I've seen a few articles on different outlets talking about top DNC officials expressing disdain or suggesting certain actions taken against the Sanders campaign, but not sure how much fire there is to that smoke. There may be more yet to come.

gg Wikileaks, keep burning that credibility as ethical "journalists"

Being able to search for words used is amazing.

Asshole:

The asshole from fox emailed us again.

I did some research and there’s still no “fuck you” emoji, unfortunately.

Real great use of vigilante justice, exposing innocent people's personal information to be snatched up and used. Idiots. Get something useful and don't harm others if you're going to break the law for some kind of "justice".

Does anyone remember those couple weeks where Wikileaks seemed like agents of truth and freedom fighters instead of outing people in Afghanistan that collaborated with the US and apparently blindly leaking stuff about their political enemies?

Did they get this from the Russians that hacked the DNC? Regardless, fuck them and the rapist that runs them.

Ya, this isn't noble in the least. At the very least if you are going to dump this do some research first and tell people what the important, ground breaking revelations are that justify this course of action.

How is this any different from the Sony leaks that had a shitload of personal information?

WikiLeaks literally put in the same care and respect for people's privacy that fucking North Korea did. Pathetic.

I didn't like wikileaks to begin with, but this is... wow.

They couldn't even bother to go through and remove the credit card numbers and SSN's?

If you didn't understand why Manning (Wikileaks Docudump) and Snowden (leak to specific journalists) are often treated with vastly different amounts of respect by people, this is why.

I don't get the point of this leak. What is it supposed to achieve or reveal? Just a leak for leaking's sake?

Wondering if there's a good Bernie narrative for a story, which is that Bernie never ever had his act together, that his campaign was a mess. Specifically, DWS had to call Bernie directly in order to get the campaign to do things because they'd either ignored or forgotten to something critical. She had to call Bernie after the data breach to make his staff to respond to our concerns. Even then they didn't get back to us, which is why we had to shut off their access in order to get them to finally let us know exactly how they snooped around HFA's data. Same was true with the standing committee appointments. They never got back to us with their names (HFA and even O'Malley got there's in six weeks earlier) for the committees. So, again, the chair had to call Bernie personally for his staff to finally get us critical information. So, they gave us an awful list just a few days before we had to make the announcements. It's not a DNC conspiracy, it's because they never had their act together.

Sad they seem to have been against Bernie from the beginning. Oh well.

Snowden essentially did it right, though he still leaked a bunch of stuff he had no reason to. Assange is just an asshole.

Sarcasm? Because the quote says the exact opposite. They're complaining that he didn't do what he needed to do and had to be babysat the whole time.
