It's understandable if its just gaffers promoting their channels.
 
I hope it's good, I hope it's good. I want to see Captain Boomy and Harley but mostly Boomy. He seems like a fun kooky character and fucking hot, it's mostly the beard.

I feel like people were down on Deadpool humour and stuff prior to release and that scored 84%

This will be over 70 unless the marketing is really misleading. It looks like a lot of dumb fun

It was kind of annoying out of context. The movie does a good job of sliding you into it.

What I think will happen is that SS will be negatively compared to Deadpool much like how every critic compared BvS to Civil War

Rumor has it that 3 people dropped dead from edge-induced aneurisms at the press screening. Movie's going to have a bodycount in the millions. It will go down in history as the single most destructive peace of filmmaking of all time.

Still has a higher RT score than BvS.

That's a little generous. I say he dies during the opening credits getting crushed by some producer's name.
 
It's hard to tell from all the exaggerations and stuff in here, but WERE there negative impressions? I'm assuming this has stemmed from some.

I'm expecting a "Could've been worse, it could've been another BvS" effect to wash over reviews of this film as a whole. So a sub-60% RT won't raise eyebrows one way or the other.

I'm calling it now.

Maybe, but as I mentioned before, it seemed like they were banking on Joker with recent marketing; seems odd to cut anything relating to a character that people want to see a lot of, especially after making a big deal out of Leto's prep.

Hopefully if it was done for good reasons it helps and doesn't leave awkward gaps or resolution issues

I think we all just kind of subconsciously expect Joker to be the main guy, because, well, he's the Joker. But honestly, he really hasn't been shown nearly as much as Harley and Deadshot. Maybe he's NOT one of the main characters. And maybe people will see that as negative when they've never really made it out that he will be.

That's probably true. I think the initial info made it sound more like a cameo, but they kept gradually showing/teasing more footage that warps (for me at least) perception of how much he's actually in it
