Mythical Pokemon being distributed throughout 2016

I got two codes from EBGames (none available, sorry) and both were misprinted. It took me forever to figure out which 7s were Zs and which Fs were Es.

I can redeem my extra Arceus code on my X copy and we can trade if you would like. It is NA but it should be fine.

That sounds great if you're offering - but don't worry if it's too much effort! If you could PM me your DS friend code and a good time for you that would be handy.

only one code for each pokemon in the promotion, if you already redeemed a code of darkrai from this distribution, you cannot redeem another in that game save

I didn't know that, I suppose that means the code I received is also useless for me.

Should I just post the code here? I'm also looking for an NA Arceus code, by the way.

welp you put it in a spoiler tag, everyone (even non users) can check it, so it is almost impossible someone didn't aready reemed it

If the idea is to get people to go into stores to request Pokemon codes, can't they have something on their website, perhaps a 1 per email code or something? That'd still get you on Game's shop. Either way, there has to be a better way than having to travel to a store.

Lol @ kaitlan, there must be a language barrier there. Oops.

Going to an online store page and travelling to a store to talk to a cashier are very different things when it comes to compelling people to purchase something. I think they're counting on people feeling they ought to purchase something while they're there, rather than noticing something they want that they hadn't known about.

I agree its a pain though. At least in the UK game is fairly prevalent. I've never even seen a smyths.

Slightly off-topic, but I still haven't received my Shiny Mewtwo email. Is there anyway I can check if its still to come?

Did I do something wrong? My bad.

Did I do something wrong? My bad.

GAF has email tags that can contain something which is invisible in the post until you quote it. This limits who can see it to people with GAF accounts, rather than anyone who views the page, which will be a far larger amount of people. This means it is far less likely someone will come and snipe the code within minutes.

For example, quote this post to the totally secret password, and also an example of how to use them.

Perhaps you're right. I've worked in retail for years and I'll never fully understand the average consumer.

When you post something in spoiler tags, it does nothing but cover the text so that it's only readable when clicking. If you want everyone to see it, that's fine. If you meant to hide the code from non-members, you'd have to hide the code in empty tags so that members can see it when they quote the post. Quote this post and read it in the text box to see what I mean.

There's no text to apply this tag t... formatting code so it stays here when quoted

Edit: beaten

Wow the things you learn. Seems pretty useful

I can check my local gamestop to see if i can get more codes. I'll reply back today. A shaymin (since i missed that) would be great to have though in return xD.

First person to draw a farfetch'd in paint gets an Arceus code.

This is my second time drawing this, didn't come out as good the second time. Computer was against me getting an Arceus. Paint stops responding when I tried to save the file to upload it so I just took a picture with my phone.

PM'd. Yours is great too W1SSY but I've only the one code!

I have some Arceus codes I would take to trade for previous mythical Pokemon released. Not sure which ones can still be redeemed. I don't think Mew can and that's the one I want the most. :(

I got two North American codes to give away.

What you have to do:
1. Send me a generic PM saying you want the code
2. I'll answer you with a generic and stupid non-personal question and reply with your answer (serious or not)
3. Once you answered it, I'll reply with the code.
4. Once you used it, don't be that kind of guy and tell me if it worked.
5. Seriously, don't be the shitty hit & run guy. That's why I just don't leave them here in the thread.

First two to come in has the best chance to get them. HOWEVER, if don't receive answers to my original reply within' 10 minutes, I'll be moving to the 3rd guy etc. So yeah, be quick.

Good luck to all.

EDIT

1 code gone.

All gone.

wut!?!?!?!

when was this!?!?!?

I feel like this has been a very excellent year for Pokemon. It feels like it's gaining strength every month. This is how you do an anniversary, not 'oh, well, we might have this game at the end of the year, maybe, we think you might enjoy it, perhaps' like Nintendo's done with Mario and Zelda.

- BAM! Mythicals every month
- BAM! New Mainline game
- BAM! Mobile game
- BAM! TCG stuff
- BAM! New spinoff series

It just makes me feel good about the series because they're proudly boasting it instead of Nintendo's usual shrug your shoulders, here ya go approach.
