My 8 year old nephew repeated the line "Make American great again." at a recent family gathering.
I just...need to smack my brother in law in the face.
Do it in a 'don't be swearing in public' kinda way.

People should start making up stuff that Trump says and asking Republicans what they think.
"So Donald Trump said that he's in favor of abortions, but only for Mexicans. What do you say to that?"
"So Donald Trump said that Hillary will take away all the power from the whites. What do you say to that?"
"So Donald Trump called on all Americans to burn a Mosque if they see one. What do you say to that?"
What's the whole context?
Or did he just blurt it out?
More people need to read this. Lost in all this is that Trump is basically putting all gun owners in a bad light.

There's not a day that goes by that I don't regret putting up the chrome drumpf filter.

The rampant hyperbole surrounding Trump has been driving me crazy (I heard a liberal describe a potential Trump victory as 'an extinction level for mankind' recently) but this...
...this is truly unbelievable. Truly shocking. I mean, I am shocked.
Is there a poll point where we can all just assume Hillary will win / has won and can ban these kinds of threads? More importantly, can the mass media do the same? I just want this fucking guy to go away.
Amazing to think that in 2008 John McCain interrupted one of his supporters at his own rally to defend Barack against accusations of being "an Arab" and to reassure the crowd that Obama was a "descent man" and no one had anything to fear under his Presidency.Incredible that in a post Gabbi Giffords world, we have a presidential candidate suggesting that his opponent be assassinated.
Truly incredible.
I feel for Ryan but this is ridiculous. If it's not a blank check then what could he possibly do at this point to push this blank check stance? Kill a baby?

Can someone explain what these words mean?Trump worked himself into a shoot.
Main story on CNN front page now. Don't know if that's been put in this thread or not, or how long it's been the main story.

I remember that. And also thinking well... even if we have a republican candidate it wont be the end of the world. Now however... Trump is getting too close to presidency.Amazing to think that in 2008 John McCain interrupted one of his supporters at his own rally to defend Barack against accusations of being "an Arab" and to reassure the crowd that Obama was a "descent man" and no one had anything to fear under his Presidency.
The Grand Old Party has fallen a long, long way since McCain.
It's WWE wrestling terms. Can someone explain what these words mean?
Sorry, I'm sure everyone else knows already
It's WWE wrestling terms.
Work = when wrestlers act, go by script, pretend.
Shoot = when wrestlers do something for real, from heart, unscripted.
So when someone works himself into a shoot, it means that he's gotten so into to an act that at that moment the acting persona becomes him for real.
Isnt this a crime?
Damn.Also, it's a topic about...never mind.
I'm tired of this asshole having to backtrack and re-explain what he truly means after every outrageous statement. If you truly can't verbally convey a clear, well thought out message to the point that the true meaning becomes completely lost.. Maybe you're in the wrong battle.
Can't Obama do anything about this statement?

According to his supporters, he's gone from "telling it like it is" to "telling it but you're misinterpreting it!"
Paul Ryan defending it as a joke gone bad
Isnt this a crime?
They're wrestling terms.
Beyond that, this construction is from a particularly stupid Hulk Hogan tweet.
Actually it's sourced from a Republican in the media who's in a good position to know.Come on guys, a presidential candidate not knowing about why the country doesn't use nukes is just pure hyperbole created by liberals and the media, the world will still stand.
Trump is in a league of his own. No other presidential candidate or modern sitting president comes close. Not even Bush junior.Does anything George Bush said in his entire presidency compare to the awfulness of what Trump has said in the last year?
Fak this punk!!
According to his supporters, he's gone from "telling it like it is" to "telling it but you're misinterpreting it!"
People have different opinions and all, but these surrogates and supporters can't act like it can't be taken that way, no matter what way you think. He's running for President, not doing interviews for The Apprentice. Everything he says matters. This isn't a one-time thing. This is the hundredth thing in these last 14 months. He's not going to stop saying weird shit if he becomes President. Then every word will be scrutinized even more, and have larger consequences.
That's one of the many reasons he should not be on any ballot.

He's a straight talker!*
*straight talk may have to be interpreted by a platoon of surrogates.
