You mean in terms of quality, its far higher? A TV supporting HDR, and games supporting HDR with their own HDR rendering methods would make one's eyeballs explode supposedly.
Yea. Something simple like Deadpool or The Revenant look absolutely stunning in 4K HDR. Implementing HDR into games will be something else and we know Gears 4 will be supporting it on the Xbox One S so we'll start to get an idea of what to expect once that hits in a couple months. Like I mentioned earlier, I find HDR more important than 4K and I think a lot of games art design will benefit heavily from it.
