The trailer had no dialogue and MGO characters. This is nothing like Kojimas 10 minute cinematic trailers. There is no way its going to approach a full MGS campaign. This company sold a 40 minute demo for $40...Yeah, maybe? Or maybe it has a full campaign? Who can say
Name one amateur mod with cutscenes on par with thisIt looks like an amateur mod, price should be 10$ tops
Its a $30 online game. It will probably have 5 minutes of narrative with a few nameless soldiers no one gives a crap about.
Yes, some of the best moments I had with MGSV gameplay were the zombies. I believe Metal Gear Survive will be no exception.Gameplay was fucking amazing in MGSV so I would be a fool to count this game out on a childish whim. Hating Konami is too easy these days.
Also, MGSV never gave us coop missions that were present in PW, so I'm very much interested to revisit this godlike core gameplay in coop environment.

MGS V didn't rely only on mechanics it had brilliantly designed highly replayable levels as well. I have zero hopes on konami to pull something like that especially after kojipro exit
This would be funny if the lack of story and cutscenes weren't half the complaint. So you ARE saying it will have a better plot than MGSV.
But in all seriousness, I'm glad the FOX Engine is getting some use, but if it's online only I'll pass.
This reminds me of Umbrella Corps for a couple of reasons, and that was a hit. Decisions like this usually make some sick video games. I'm cautiously optimistic.
I mean... at least someone is using this engine still.
Not just regular zombies, but crystaline ones, the most dangerous class of zombies.

We don't even know who is developing this. It's a bit early to completely write them off.
This is probably the uninspired crap that Konami could come up with
i'll tell you who is developing it, left overs from kojipro

I thought they put kojipro on cleaning duties?
In which alternate dimension was Umbrella Corps a hit?
Nope. What I said is based on whats been revealed and Konami's practices until now. Its a cheap online coop game.I didn't say it would?
There are more options than no story or main entry metal gear story.
There has been one teaser trailer and a handful of details. Kojima isn't making this game, to expect what he has done before in regards to pre-release stuff to be applied to this is stupid.
No other dimension unrealistic shit,sure.

This is just a side story like the pic. Relax.

But that's ok because Kojima was involved and thought that was fine. He knows best right? 🙄
The #FuckKonami crowd is embarrassing. And I'm not sure how people can this generic and stale. Yeah zombies are played out, but I can't recall any co-op stealth zombie games set in an alternate dimension. Sounds pretty interesting when you combine that with the highly praised gameplay of MGSV..
VR missions aren't a side story, they are literally a simulation/videogame within the series' world where any sort of shit is possible. No other dimension unrealistic shit, sure.
