Still figuring out what a stealth character's ULT might be. We haven't really had any ults that disrupt the enemy team outside of simply killing or doing damage to them so maybe something similar to CoD's radar jammer but worse (though it wouldn't make any sense logically) could be cool.

I definitely see it too. I can make out his pulse rifle in the bottom left corner. It also looks like its a screenshot of him in the pose he strikes on the main menu, and judging from what little I can make out of the background it appears to be Volskya.

Honestly though the subject matter is probably unimportant, the image's code itself is probably hiding something similar to the other data moshed screens Sombra has posted.

All it does is have people come up with farfetche'd bullshit because whatever the ARG creator did wasn't obvious enough to be caught by the general public.

If someone doesn't find your super secret hint, you either move on and drop a hint for it elsewhere, tell the user base that missing information, or just forget it entirely.
