We're not saying this for our sakes. It's just that we know the American electorate. And we know they will not look into this in depth by and large. We know they will take a couple headlines and make up their own conclusions from it. How do you think that the R nominee by default will get nearly 50% of the general election vote despite everything he has said and done?

History in elections also show that optics do matter greatly. From how FDR was handled, to Nixon/Kennedy, to Dukakis, to Gore, to Rubio, etc. The dismiss the fact optics do play a massive part in perception and how they garner support is a rejection of very clear history and reality in US elections.

There haven't been any "rumors" about her health - only conspiracy theories.

The problem with conspiracy theories is that once you believe them, you interpret evidence to fit the theory (instead of the other way around). Since it's not possible to be 100% healthy 100% of the time, even so much as sneezing is going to "confirm" to the health truthers that Hillary is dying.

There's no evidence that this line of attack is having any effect on the general electorate, though. It's just a way for Trump supporters to harass her.
