Out of three? long throws, one was spot on and the other two went sailing overhead. That last one to Adams looked like Adams wasn't going fast enough but who knows?

It's more the rams were putrid and any QB would have looked awful there, combined with the fact Bradford was injured for so long. He'll never be a top QB, but he's probably also not in the bottom either. Conversly if someone said "I want to see what Jay Cutler can do on this team" literally no one would immediately react with as much derision as Bradford gets.

The problem with the "Rams were terrible" defence of Bradford ignores the fact that the likes of Kellen Clemens, Shaun Hill and Austin Davis came in when Bradford went down and looked just as good/bad as Bradford.

Nobody is ever going to trade for those guys to be a game manager for a team with aspirations of post-season success yet people continue to make excuses for Bradford when he has done absolutely nothing to warrant this faith in him.
