I think if I were Hillary, I'd answer the Bill stuff by throwing him a bit under the bus.
Basically that I was in denial he could have cheated, I reacted in a way that I thought would protect my family. I love him and I did not want to just throw him away.
However, I now know that I should not have dismissed these women and I know what I said is hurtful to potential victims. For that, I am sorry and regret those words.
Then go on to say Bill suffered a heavy price by being the 2nd president in history to be impeached. And these transgressions played out for all to see in the 1990s.
Now I am running, not Bill, let's get back to the issues. Starting with women's rights. Here we have a candidate that actually thinks those rights are all bullshit.
