Hey, I agree with you. Your posting because of earlier, still gives me whiplash though. Even though if they did find something "criminalizing" well, it could change things but that wouldn't happen until after the election so it's a moot point really. They won't.
This gives Trump supporters a reason to get excited, can't blame them, but this will amount to nothing. Now, that's not to say that it's not a big deal in that it's going to be talked about all weekend and probably much of next week. But, I don't see it changing the state of the race, like at all.

Supposedly kimdotcom has the 33k deleted emails, sent them to Wikileaks, and tweeted how congress can obtain them legally from the NSA spy cloud to verify the upcoming Wikileaks release of those emails is correct. There is supposedly enough in the emails to bury her.
I thought the above was crack pot conspiracy theory but now it appears the FBI may be covering their ass in anticipation of the Wikileaks drop next week.
I guess we will see.

This is absolutely NOT move the needle. People aren't going to be swayed into supporting Trump because the FBI is petty, and polls showed that no one gave a shit when Comey held a fucking press conference to call Clinton "extremely careless with national security".
This is going to be great for the news networks because they can pretend its some kind of scandal, but most everyone don't give a shit about it.

This will probably end up being nothing just like the endless investigations beforehand, but it will certainly work to fuel the "HILLARY IS A CRIMINAL MONSTER CONSPIRATOR FOR SOME VAGUE REASONS" machine that sustains the base and makes Clinton look bad.

Polling data indicated that the Democrats could take control of the Senate. However, it's possible that will not happen as voters will keep it in Republican control as a "check" on a potential President Clinton.

I saw multiple polls from the GoP primaries that had Cruz or Bush beating Trump several times. And Trump won almost ALL of them. Donald Trump himself pointed that out in his victory speeches. Several times.
I do not trust close polls like this. I do believe Hillary can lose this election on election day despite the polls.
A lot of people who vote don't get tapped to do pre-election polls or ignore them if they do get tapped.
