i don't see why people make a big deal of someone voting trump here. if the voter themselves think whatever candidate will do them best go for it, thats the whole point of voting, vote for whoever you think will improve your life.

Because we don't support villains.

Because Trump is a direct threat to the lives of millions of Americans... LGBT, women, minority, etc.. (and in reality white males as well).

He is a threat to this country. It goes beyond politics. Supporting him is condoning sexual assault, racism, misogyny, etc...

In america you get a sticker.
In Australia we get free healthcare, gun control, free education, a livable minimum wage and a sausage sandwich.

Ok, thanks. So she can go to where she's registered, bring a bill showing her current address (in a different county), they'll update her address and let her vote right there (even though she lives in a different county)?

They will let her vote there with a photo ID, though I suspect she'll have to vote for the local candidates at the old address.

Worst case scenario, she should be able to get a provisional ballot.

My ballot:

In the end I couldn't pull the trigger on Trump. While he's someone who I really wanted to vote for on an emotional level, you have to realize that he simply isn't a true believer, just another GOP snake oil salesman, only more bombastic and less intelligent. I am glad he ran, and I hope his movement continues to grow and eventually pushes the Grover Norquist chamber of commerce types out of the party. This time it was free trade, in four years it might be regressive taxation, or lax financial regulation, or labor rights. When the day comes that the base fully awakens and forces the party to move beyond trickle down and hostility to labor, I’ll be ready to support them, but until then I’ll continue to begrudgingly vote for Democrats.

(And yes, I totally broke state law by taking this photo)

I'm not sure who I am more surprised by, Glenn Beck or Team Alucard.

I'm proud of you brother!!!! in time unity will bring everyone together and move forward.

Sorry I made fun of you and your guns the other day.

Guess he just had a realization I hope many will have, Trump doesn't really care about the issues he's campaigning on. He latches on to ideas he thinks will gain him more praise and he'll ditch them just as easily.
Pretty much that. I'm not convinced he has any interest in being president. He has shown no interest in policy or anything like that. Like you said, he just says whatever gets him praise at that exact moment, regardless of what he's said, what he's done, or any sort of logic or reality.

He just wants to say he won and that's that.

I would like to remind everyone that the most important thing is today, the 24 prophecy will be fullfilled :3

Your video games are more expensive, you guys understand less than we do somehow to not perform blackface, every species of fauna and flora in the country is out to fucking kill you all, and you are destined to become a Mad Max wasteland sooner or later, so who's laughing now?

Sadly, when the true believer white nationalist candidate comes along you won't be able to vote for them, because you just committed a felony.

And the right to draw as many dicks on our ballot as we please, so long as we still number it right.

Good luck today, US. Gonna be visiting for Christmas, please don't ruin exerting before then XD

yeah, it's still in Kansas but i technically don't live there anymore. i still pop up on that site. so i guess i'm good to vote? there's no way in hell Hillary wins Kansas but it'd be nice to help out some downballot stuff.

If you're on the website you're still registered in Kansas.

I think now will be a good time to say this. It probably won't mean much to you, Team Alucard and that's cool but I need to say this:

I'm sorry for giving you shit.

I don't care you did a write in vote. That's fine and dandy. Even better you voted downballot for Dems. I just care you had a change of heart at the last minute. Once again I apologize for my rudeness, my passive aggressiveness in my posts and any other wrong doings towards you. Thank you for your vote. Me, as well as many here appreciate it.

Thank you.

so silly question, but i moved to Missouri recently and still haven't gotten a new Missouri driver's license meaning i couldn't register to vote in Missouri. i'm still registered in Kansas though and still have a valid Kansas license. can i vote in Kansas or is that some kind of voter fraud?

As long as you don't vote twice I think you should be fine.

If you moved from out of state, you may register to vote the same day you become a resident of the State of Missouri. And, under federal law, if you move within thirty days of a presidential election, you are allowed to vote for President and Vice President in your former state of residence, either in person or by absentee ballot.

I was at the polls in Boston around 7:15, 15 minute wait at most.
