Not great reading for Trump; Penn is on the surface a potential shocker but its the lowest early voters it seems. Bigger question is does that help Trump? Anecdotal has been Clinton supporters out early.

Unfortunately I think with these changes in voting habits its going to be difficult to know until the vote actually gets counted.

Pennsylvania is excuse only absentee.

PA doesn't have early voting. It only has a strict absentee system.

How many Supreme Court justices are in play over the next four years for the president-elect? 3? 4?

There's no way there will be that many for the first term. If the next president serves one term they will have the current vacancy and most likely one more to fill. 2 would be pretty surprising.

Hey guys I'm off to vote in NY and I'm voting for Hillary; but I don't know who to vote for on the "down ballot", will they have a "D" next to their names?

The Vice coverage is atrocious.
They have some pommy git who keeps interrupting the 'experts' just when they're saying something interesting.

Voted!

I cannot wait to watch all the various stages of meltdown over at the_donald today. A team of psychiatrists should be studying that entire subreddit throughout the day.

PA only has excuse absentee ballots, and no early voting. There is no useful information we can glean from that.

My ballot:

In the end I couldn't pull the trigger on Trump. While he's someone who I really wanted to vote for on an emotional level, you have to realize that he simply isn't a true believer, just another GOP snake oil salesman, only more bombastic and less intelligent. I am glad he ran, and I hope his movement continues to grow and eventually pushes the Grover Norquist chamber of commerce types out of the party. This time it was free trade, in four years it might be regressive taxation, or lax financial regulation, or labor rights. When the day comes that the base fully awakens and forces the party to move beyond trickle down and hostility to labor, I’ll be ready to support them, but until then I’ll continue to begrudgingly vote for Democrats.

(And yes, I totally broke state law by taking this photo)

FLIP FLOPPER!!!

None, the Republicans are going to block forever.

I might be wrong, but couldn't Hillary still make recess appointments that would be only be valid until the end of her term(s), as opposed to normal lifelong appointments?

I recall reading how Obama had that option available but didn't want to make Garland go through that just for one year on the court, potentially ruining his chances of a full appointment. But if the alternative is continuing obstruction by Republicans, maybe she realizes 4-8 year appointments are better than keeping a tied court.

Between getting marked off the roster and actually voting, I was at my polling place inside of 5 minutes, if that. Everyone there was extremely nice. There were two dudes outside wearing signs, but they had their back turned so I didn't even see what they said.

Now I can relax for the rest of the day.

One last ad I glimpsed before this whole thing is over.

... And seeing the individuals on them - and their descriptions - cracked me up. Yeah, I'm sure the Duck Dynasty millionaires are TOTALLY "middle-class".

Black guy gets "Justice" and yet look at all the injustice against Black people in this country.
