I hope they add Venom, Ms Marvel and an Inhuman. I wanna see more from the Marvel comics and not the MCU. Death of X Cyclops, Phoenix Force Cyclops, Kamala Khan, Squirrel Girl, Spider-Gwen. So many good ideas.

Ms. Marvel IS an Inhuman, unless you mean one of the Royal Family.

As for any X-Men/F4 representation, that's kinda up in the air.

I remember when they found out about on disc DLC. That was pretty much the last nail in the coffin for SFXT. So many awkward design decisions for that game, none of which seems in the spirit of fair competitive play that we saw in SF4.

If this marvel is real, I'm curious to see what art style they're going towards. Someone else earlier in the thread mentioned how amazing the sprite work was on previous titles and I would be hard pressed to agree. MVC3 art style really wasn't as nice as that. Characters look like plastic.

She would've been solid imo, when players switch to her after reaching 5 meters, she has good ground game and can dish out some damage.

SFxT had some really nice tracks though the problem was the instruments used. If the insturments were different, they'd sound more appealing. I personally liked them though

When I first saw her being played, I thought the exact same thing. I loved the Phoenix Saga a lot and would have loved to not have her be so gimmicky with Dark Phoenix. I feel that Dark Phoenix is really the only thing you have to look forward to with that character and Phoenix herself looked kinda half baked.

If they could approximate the look of the CPS2 Marvel games in 3D, MvC4 would look GGXrd good or maybe even better.

I also hope that it gets seasons of characters like SFV and KI, ultimately giving it a ridiculously huge roster. The MvC3 games stopped getting support well before their time.

My biggest hope is that it's a full game at launch and not a F2P platform.
With a full set of characters.

I do think a F2P fighting game could work really well and sorta has with KI.

I just don't trust Disney to stick with console gaming, they are kinda bipolar with that shit.

I like KI's model as well as MK's model, but I think something similar to MK's model would be best.

Just put out a decent-sized roster at launch, and support it over time with $5 characters and character bundles along with actually reasonable priced cosmetic DLC items/bundles similar to what MvC3's cost.

I just hope it doesn't go SFV's route with this fight money/free character stuff if the result is they are going to have to charge outrageous prices for DLC content like SFV in order for it to be viable. For those who actually like to support the game with content purchases, it needs to be a reasonable value. SFV's model would likely end up costing customer who buys content much, much more than if they had gone with the old or an alternative model.

Okay so instead of doing what they did, Capcom forces you to download the characters (yay more data to subtract from Comcast's bandwidth allotment and more waiting!) at a later date and makes you wait one month in between each character even though they were already done. Just blows my mind how people would "feel better" if Capcom treated them like idiots.
