I just hope if it's no x-men, that the franchises get more representation. Would like to see Dani or Lupita's characters appear in the roster.
Marvel's game team seems smart, so I would hope that they recognize that the x-men was essential to the series and would put them in despite Fox.

No one can really prove that is still the case. We do know Constantin has production credits and distro rights in Austria/Germany. However, we know that Fox held the rights to Ego (in order to give it up in exchange for making changes to Negasonic). We also know Marvel wanted SS/Galactus back from Fox in exchange for giving an extension to Daredevil. Case in point, Fox probably owns them at this point.
