You should surely be able to complain and get some money back no? If they were selling it as the BF bundle and it had no game... unless they explicitly stated it may not come with the code.

It's odd, this one - I placed my order after the initial stock had all been sold, but when it then came back into stock again - and received my copy promptly, on Saturday. I somewhat suspect that this may be a case of the 'vocal minority' who had their orders cancelled, while those with fulfilled orders had no reason to comment further.

If they say it was a BF1 bundle you should get BF1, otherwise it should have been sold as just a Xbox One.
Get onto customer services about that.

Amazon Warehouse deals usually states online codes might be already used/redeemd when selling bundles that include digital download games, they even mention it when selling vinyl albums that include download cards.
The page refreshes every few seconds and as soon as it picks up a keyword you specify (PlayStation Pro for me) it plays a little jingle to get your attention and I leap towards my laptop like an idiot. It's a chrome extension that's been posted a few times in the last few pages.
I've all but given up on a warehouse pro. I think the HUKD scalpers are all over it as they disappear so quickly. Tempted to just do the Very offer (£279.99) but I hear a tonne of horror stories about them not paying out (the £70 off is a rebate in January).
It is not ok in my opinion. The bundle was available (new) at several electronic retailers for 224 Euros, I got my "naked" S for 164 Euros. I would point them to these offers and that you passed on them to get the system at amazon and now you haven´t received what was promised.

I've heard the horror stories as well and actually have one to tell myself (but it's long winded and was more about the condition of an item and subsequent pickup and replacement) I've never had any issues regarding the account and any rebates/discounts with them. But yeah their customer service is something else (and not in a good way)

That fine when you buy a used game, you get the game which was advertised but DLC voucher may be gone, but when the product you buy is XBox One with BF1, you should get Xbox One with BF1, not just an XBox One

I'm not defending this behaviour, don't get me wrong, I'm just saying Amazon Warehouse "deals" (products) use to be cheaper due to a number of reasons, maybe it's just the package which is damaged, or it's the product itself, that's why it's cheaper than the new product.
So, tldr, if I buy a product from Amazon Warehouse I use to read its condition and details, if it's stated that the download code might have been already used/redeemed, then I can't blame Amazon, I knew it before hand

But if it has been redeemed it is not an Xbox One with BF1, it was falsely advertised and he is entitled to either a refund, some money back or other compensation.

I noticed a warehouse deal yesterday which was a 500GB slim and 3 games, but it was originally a choice of three games, the description gave no idea which 3 it was, but didn't state they wouldn't be included. Was a strange one.

And to reiterate: It clearly stated that the code had been used in the notes section when you add the item in the basket. It's just that I initially looked for such info on the main product page where it obviously wasn't.I got the console about 50 cheaper than I would've normally gotten it so I'm good. I would've sold the game anyway

Welp, it's name of the bundle and they stated the download code could have been already used, you if you buy that product you agree with those terms. It's not false advertisement, you can read the details of its condition, if it did specify that the code could be already used, then you should accept it and don't blame it on the store.
tldr, read the condition details and pay attention to them first when buying anything from Amazon Warehouse Deals
Last Friday the German Amazon was selling them new for 196.

If you're missing some of the DLC - as in, haven't bought Hearts of Stone or Blood and Wine - then they're 35% off. However, there also seems to be a bit of a glitch, since I did not own Blood and Wine, but the app allowed me to get it for free anyway, because it had given me GOTY edition.
So yeah, worth checking inboxes and the like.

Just got Mafia 3 DE from Game, the package clearly took some water, even part of the receipt inside is unreadable Luckily the game is fine, I'm installing it now.
I'm a bit disappointed with the game's package though, I'd expect better from a deluxe edition, I spent much less but considering the price is like 100 I'd want atleast a steelbook.

This sometimes happens when you already own a game, then they release the same game for another platform and you get it for free because it's cross buy. With Resogun specifically it appears that people who own it from PS Plus (like me) were awarded with a permanent PS3/Vita version when that was released, then in turn it apparently unlocks the PS4 version permanently too:
