Too many pages to go through, but I'll just say I'll be pleasantly surprised if Zarya gets a boyfriend, just to subvert the stereotypes.

I like that it seems like they are forming a friendship instead of Roadhog being a paid bodyguard for Junkrat.

Both Genji and his players deserve to receive nothing but disappointment and heartbreak for Christmas. They weren't just content with being unbearable in-game, now they're trying to ruin real life.

Love how they seem to be taking some of the fan feedback on-board when creating the lore for the characters, Lesbian/Bi Tracer, Dad76 and Garfield Reaper are great picks for becoming cannon, and thankfully they seem to know where to draw the line too, keeping some of the characters on their own path for now rather than pandering too much.
They had books of lore all sorted for Project Titan, pretty hyped to find out where they take the franchise. Looking at Blizzards library they seem to always do expansion packs, not quite sure how that would work in the context of Overwatch without fragmenting the userbase too much. Maybe a 'prequel' expansion with mission based team co-op gameplay or something.

76 was just sad is his room and Reaper was just... " sad " outside. We don't know reapers emotions outside of speach. He could been really into it.

Reaper is just this weird character in Overwatch. He has the whole early 2000's edgy McFarlene look and attitude, but then they convey him as an actually decent person in the Halloween comic, but all of the other pictures of Gabriel Reyes is him just moping around in the corner not looking at the camera. Not to mention the fact he was basically relegated to the wetwork the organization did, gets fucked up (then again it sounds like he deserved it from the fact he and Blackwatch were planning a coup)
So you kinda feel bad for him, and even Ana generally shows pity on him, while the rest of the cast mocks him.
But then he goes "LOOKS LIKE YOUR BACK ON MY LIST ANA!" and acts like a super edgy cartoon villain and I go "welp... this dude is a fucking mess of a character"

Emily and Tracer are adorable, I love the ending with Winston. I was always pleasantly surprised about Blizzard using Tracer on the box art for Overwatch (new IP/huge AAA title advertising with a female character) but now it's double retrospective moment of awesome knowing Tracer is queer. Cheers, love!
Widow at her husband's grave, ow, my heart. Poor Reaper having a mournful lurk/sulk in the background of a happy family. I hope the writers continue to do interesting things with both of them, it's nice to see facets of their characters where they are not cliched villains. Of course, now we've got questions like 'is that Reaper's wife/family?', 'Is Pharah with her father?' The ride never ends!
ETA: I missed Zenyatta's snowballs. Zen continues to be the MVP.

He is going to be that character that gets more solid over time in terms of story I feel. He is in manyways meant to be kind of mysterious, but blizzard isn't good at keeping that up.
So give him time.
I am waiting for the final culmination where we get an overwatch cinematic that is the equivalent of Maury Povich where we go through the entire cast of overwatch trying to figure out who Pharah's father is.

Genji has done a lot to me. He has hurt meover and over and over. There is no amount of forgiveness, no amount of compassion, no amount of happiness he deserves.
