I guess I should have mentioned that I do own a 4KTV, bought a new one during black friday, but I also have an older HDTV as well. I do have access to the 4KTV, but there's a lack of shelf space (it's on the wall above a small piano). The older * new condition) HDTV I'd be able to move into my room soon once I buy a digital cable box for it.
Honestly, I haven't given the PS4 Pro a lot of thought to be honest, mainly because I'm not that familiar with what it has to offer exactly. However, it does seems like it will be worth owning in the long run if developers have more time to tinker with it for the next 3 years. It's just that I am fairly new to HD gaming, so the quality of visuals and standard resolution available now is enough to satisfy me. I do have several gift cards, so the price isn't that much of an issue even though I didn't want to really spend $400 on a console. Although, as you guys have pointed out, I'd need to buy a bigger hard drive at some point anyway.
