What about a CatDog anime avatar?

deviantart is the worst of all evil tbh

As a consumer, no dailies are better. As a fan, dailies are the best. I miss that surprise, wonder, and constant excitement.

Dailies were fun, but flash sales were the fucking worst and I'm glad they're gone. Also, I like not having that time pressure to decide whether I want something.

Ucharted 4 late-game spoilers- wow, I really hope what I just watched wasn't an absolute glaring plothole and just my cold glossing over important details

In the chapter where Nate is recalling his and Sam's search for his mother's belongings, they're forced to run from the police and leave their old identities behind (thus becoming the origin story as to why they took on the surname "Drake"). But there's no real way for the police to know who the two boys were specifically. The old woman who called the police couldn't have known when she called. And the only evidence to tie them to the crime scene was the disappearance of their mother's journal, but unless the police were willing to CSI the fuck out of that entire treasure trove of historical artifacts and documents, there's be little way to connect the boys. The woman was sickly and an autopsy would've just shown that she died of natural causes, so there'd be little need to go through such hassle.

Even if it was just a "misunderstanding" on the boys part, it's still kind of shit explanation for what should be an iconic backstory item.

Um..wrong thread? lol

This is on my cart. I might add a few things to it like Doom but I'm not sure yet. I'm not going to pull the trigger just yet. The theme here is local co-op :)

My little brother and I are going through some games

Did you played Lost Constellation ? Also NITW is now on preorder.

Yes, it was great. What was worrying me is that the game got kickstarted and this usually does not end up well (for my tastes).

Good games which were kickstarted: FTL, Duelyst. And I don't think I can find so many more.

Edit: Obduction, Rimworld, Dropsy, Hyper Light Drifter, Shantae... It turns out there are some good games.

There is no way CatDog works as 2 humans unless you drasticaly change how they are connected.

Thinking about catdog was a very weird cartoon idea ....

Have to say all the DLC that's available for all the games I'm interested is making me less likely to buy anything right now. My backlog is such that waiting until there's a GOTY or complete edition availablem which will probably be cheaper at that point anyways, just makes more sense.

Don't worry, U4 is full of shitty writing all around. Only character dialogue's good.

Anyone know if 7 Days to Die has better controller support nowadays? I bought it during the summer sale but had to refund it due to still needing the keyboard for 50% of the commands.

Yeah that's the thing. As trope-y as the series is, the dialogue and characters are pretty fun because it embraces it popcorn-movie thriller style. And the gameplay could be worse. But man, don't they have editors?

I'm eyeing Prince of Persia, the 2008 cel-shaded one. Seems a very peculiar game. Any thoughts on it?

The problem most people seem to have with it is: you can't die. So, if you're looking for some punishment, don't buy it.

I love it. It's a beautiful game, very fun to play and the ending... oh, man, that ending...

I liked it, but the combat is scarce and very repetitive.

Its fun but a bit dull but still fun and you need to buy the DLC when you want to see the actual ending.

I watched that ending on the internet and fuck it, it's really really bad, the original one is way better even if it's an open one.

One of my favourite games. It's utterly gorgeous to play, with a wonderful artstyle and soundtrack, and the interactions between the Prince and Elika. I even loved the ending. It's not very difficult though, so if you're looking for challenging platforming it might not be for you. But if you're after a gorgeous to look at fairy-tale adventure, then it's well worth it.

Damn, Shadowrun: Dragonfall is a hard game

Maybe I was biased back then because I knew that the real ending was behind a Paywall, but it is still a bit ¯_(ツ)_/¯ to me

I'm thinking about getting UnderRail, is it similar to the Shadowrun Returns games? Do you make choices and chose skills that can impact the game?

its great

Great for relaxing (easy) traversal with very little combat and a lovely art style. Don't go in expecting a challenge.

Thanks guys, sounds good. Feeling kind of depressed right now so I'm definitely in the mood for some relaxing eye-candy platforming, not certainly up for "dark-soulish" punishment at the moment. Knew you can't die, it's part of why I said it's "peculiar". I think I'll give it a go.

I'll buy it for you on steam! I'm in a giving mood right now, might be because it's Christmas :D
