I don't want to be the one to track that back to it's source but it looks like there's a possibility yes. There's massive fucking rocks on that floor too and since the camera pans it's hard to tell where they were exactly at the point of impact, but something is underneath the landing, possibly a pool of blood at the end too. Hard to tell by the quality.
