Horizon Zero Dawn | Cinematic Trailer

People are complaining about the character design in Horizon? I think it looks brilliant. Love how they look and the difference between the factions (although we don't know what they are or what they're called).

Oh man I can't wait to play this. And I'll probably be on vacation in March... haha
 
I wish there was a $70 steelbook edition like Uncharted 4 and NMS had. If I want the steelbook I need to get the special edition which comes with a bunch of clutter for $120. Any chance they could announce something last minute?

Is there any information regarding a photo mode or at least being able to completey turn off the UI? This game could potentially be a heaven for us game photography nuts.

Obviously for others it's no issue, some will do the reverse. But for people like me it is a small problem.

So hold out for a week and wait for Zelda then get Horizon this fall when it's likely cheaper.

I still believe they must be deceiving us, lol, and on release day many of us will be severely disappointed (and probably be enraged.) It can't possibly look this good, right? Not even on PS4 Pro. (Glad I have one though.)

I want to repeat my question from before: Does anybody know of a photo mode or if we can turn the UI completely off?

People have played it, it's the real deal.

There will be a photomode.
 
Holycrap! For some reasons I didn't watch it until now.

I guess Uncharted 4 might not stay the best looking game ever for more than a year.

I've never seen the kz3 strategy guide but i suppose a lot of the pages are probably dedicated to the mp.

The artbook in the CE as is usually the case, is a smaller (roughly same size as game case) 48 page art book.

The artbook sold separately is a full sized book with roughly 192 pages.

I think this will be built in at launch. It's relatively easy to implement and gives a huge boost to word of mouth when people are sharing amazing looking screenshots.
 
looks incredible technically. sadly i just can't take the game seriously :/ robodinos are just a bit too silly. and Guerrilla is still incapable of making likable characters (anyone remember ANY character from any of the KZ games? except Rico who everyone hated).

pass for me.

Ridiculous imo, if you had that attitude most games would be ridiculous.
 
Just saw this. I really love the more Sci fi vibe of this trailer. The game is, of course, beautiful, but the story and characters seem pretty boring from everything they've shown us thus far. I can't play two massive games back to back, that's just too much of my time. Zelda I've been waiting for for over five years. I'll definitely get this later in the year when it's 30 bucks.
