Man, I can only imagine how the folks at Koei Tecmo feel announcing this. This game was first announced over a decade ago, and according to Kou Shibusawa, restarted 3-4 times before it took its current form.

Still, from the first few minutes of messing with the Alpha I knew this game was going to be something special. Then came the beta and that feeling only intensified.

Fuck yes, I can't wait for this!

Gotta give them props for how they treated the Alpha and Beta as an actual Alpha and Beta, it's a rarity these days to see Alpha/Beta that aren't just glorified hype demos. (Looking at you, Blizzard)

Right, also it seems that For Honor will either stay long enough to be relevant even a year after release or it will just sizzle out and be forgotten in a couple of months.

I've beat every Dark Souls game but I'm kind of worried about my chances of beating this. We shall see, I suppose... I'm buying it either way, but it was pretty damn hard. On the first demo, I beat the first boss but it took me a couple days to finally do it.

This game is looking good! If only they had a better design for the main character, he looks just so bland compared to everything else I've seen in the game and too much Geralt-like for my taste.
