I think it is pretty safe to assume that since the game's focus has been so much on the huge explorable world and that the game contains 100 shrines which are essentially mini dungeons that 4 dungeons seem like a pretty safe bet. All the resources to build that world don't come out of nowhere and we can assume that it was cut from some other part of the game, so my suggestion is start believing that the game has 4 dungeons from now so you don't get disappointed later on.
Why do people even care if we only have 4 dungeons?
- From E3 we see that shrines can get fairly huge, so dungeons must be massive.
- From the trailer and gameplay we see that exploring the overworld can have puzzle-like elements as well
- And we know that there are a number of overworld bosses/guardians to make up for only 4 dungeon bosses
We're clearly getting way more puzzle solving in this game than any single one of the previous games, and probably more than a number of them put together
