I went from a "yeah this game looks cool, I'll check it out some day" to a "day 1, I need this now" after I played the demo last week.
So. Good.
So. Good.
This is on a whole new level of jag, like they captured interlaced footage without any kind of interpolation.
I wanna buy this day oneon my OG PS4
I enjoyed the demo, so hopefully the final game will have a similar performance.that version will be fine
With Nier, Nioh, and Yakuza what is up with some Japanese developers and not giving 2 craps about graphical prowess? Not a bad thing honestly because the gameplay in all three games is great and that is the priority, but compare that to western developers who would be frothing in the mouth at putting out such visuals - albeit at the expense of gameplay at times.
I dunno about the other two, but Nier focusing on that 60fps, sacrifices have to be made. Has a PC version if it matters that much to you.
It doesn't. just pointing out the difference in mentality. Lol at God of War or Uncharted ever being 60 FPS.
I remember that the director said it's 20h open world, not worth $60 for me.
Yakuza 0 is also 60fps (and I think looks really good for a two year old game). Nioh has a 60fps mode too.I dunno about the other two, but Nier focusing on that 60fps, sacrifices have to be made. Has a PC version if it matters that much to you.

Most of good looking Japanese games are from first party nowadays though, compare Gravity Rush 2, Zelda with Tales off Berseria, the tech gap is really bigThe three games you listed are some of the most budget games coming out lately. There are plenty of good looking japanese games.

DOD1,2, and the original Nier. But thanks for the video anyway.Out of curiosity, you ever play any of Taro's games?
Because if you don't, I highly recommend you do (or check out Clemps' terrific Drakengard (and Nier) analysis videos).
Anyways, mmph, that music gave me shivers alone.
Bro, your head is gonna be spinning if Yoko Taro is on his A-game for AutomataHave to say i wasn't that impressed with the trailer. I know the back drop is post apocalyptic. But it seems a bit bland. Having said that, I played the demo and really enjoyed it. And I love PlatinumGames. So I'll still give it a shot.

The trailer just reminded me of how fucked Taro can get sometimes. I'm excited.
The real question is, why don't other trailers on YouTube have comments disabled?
The color palette from the parts they've shown doesn't appeal to me. I'm still hyped for this game but I wish there was a bit more color
Post apocalyptic. Why is everything so...brown and washed out?
This game looks very very cool and I hope I can play it without having to ban GhostTrick for six months!![]()
I passed on the demo initially. I went to download it tonight, and no dice. I couldn't find it anywhere in the ps4the wait continues..
