I loved SS too. This, however, is the exact opposite - a direct response to SS, and it skirts very close to 'an empty environment designed just to fill curiosity' at times. There's a strong argument to be made that's it's just too big. But that'll be for people to decide themselves.
That has me so excited. Twilight Princess is my favorite, but the world in that game feels so tiny and restricting. Breath of the Wild sounds like exactly what I've been wanting from Zelda since 1998: a vast living world world to explore and exist in, making my own adventures rather than following the clearly laid out path designed to give every player the same experience. I'm still having trouble believing this game actually exists now.
