Is it possible to get all of the towers as soon as you get the glider? Some of the towers seem to have some strong enemies.
If the enemies in some areas are too tough, just try to sneak past them. Or if anything else fails, just run. They'll give up chasing you after a while. At least that worked well for me so far. The most intense tower so far was one in the middle of the map (don't remember where exactly). Guardians shooting laser beams at you from every f***ing direction while you have to climb the tower, manage your stamina AND evade their attacks. It was a massive relief when I finally reached the top, totally exhausted (but alive).
Reaching seemingly impossible locations feels amazingly rewarding in this game :3

As for my biggest gripe, the inventory for weapons and shields is much too small, I hope we can expand inventory space somewhere down the line.

Three hours in and just chasing a horse has been the highlight of my playthrough so far

found a cool black horse that I wanted, so I chased it around for like 10 minutes until I found a blue one with white spots and a blond mane

I figured with that one I might try luring it over to me with a trail of apples that I set on the ground

it fucking worked

and then I tried standing there, ten feet away from the horse who now loves apples, holding five apples in my arms, for the horse, to see if it would trust me a bit, walk up to me, and eat them right out of my hands.

it fucking worked
... and I didn't even need to tame the horse after that. I convinced the horse to my side with the power of friendship.

loving this shit so far

He'll kill you when you sleep and eat all your apples.

I love this game.

Question, I found a thing and can't figure out what to do and looked around online and found nothing.
In West Necluda above Kakariko village and right near the Great Fair Fountain there is a body of water with a circlular platform made of Sheikah tech with a hole in it and I have no idea what to do with it.

This game is incredible. I had high hopes that I'd like it, but it has exceeded my expectations. I've basically been playing for twelve hours. What a world. There aren't enough hours in the day to play this as much as I want to right now.

Maybe get it from
Impa's house? She has it to the right over her. Paya even looks after it.

Welp, had my first "stumped" moment in a shrine.

One at the Twin Peaks
Shee Venath

I honestly don't even know how to start lmao

I'm having trouble finding the last shrines on using the tablet to get the glider the at the beginning of the game. So far I got on
southeast, the one behind the temple and the right side of the snow mountain
So I need help. :P

So I climbed to the top of Mount Lanayru:
just got the first memory, so I kept going. I'm up on this mountain and there's this dragon thing here that I'm supposed to free from malice. I shot its eye with an arrow and it started flying. What am I supposed to do here?

Well...My two sons and I have come to the conclusion that this is indeed the game of forever. Everything about it is so perfect. The charm, gameplay, music, environment, characters. Freaking masterpiece.

I wasn't sure if you could shoot birds out of the sky but you totally can

What're y'all naming your horses?

I've got Oreo, Sundae, Cocoa, and Mocha. I love them all. Cocoa has a bit of an attitude but I'm working on it lol

I ran into a major trial of combat a few hours into the game... I almost had it, but I think I'll be coming back to it rather than wasting everything I have on it.

Put a fair few hours in, but still early on. I liked the plateau. Still some stuff left undone there as I didn't find a
fish until after I left, so no cold tunic until I was ready to leave and no in depth exploration of the cold section
.

I like the shrines. I like the world. Atm I just wish there was a heavier balance towards shrines or that they were meatier.

The puzzles have been fun, just wish there was a higher proportion of that content.

Predictable complaint coming from me, but it seems I'm actually going to feel this way, not just worry that I will.

Keep doing that ;]

So there's this
lake siela
with like a lone Rock island in middle with seemingly nothing there. Anyone know if there's something here. Gotta be a thing, took me a sail to get here lol.

That's so cool, need to test it on fox :D

I keep finding these little circles of rocks in water, but I don't know what I'm supposed to do with them? I've tossed bombs in them, jumped in them, etc. I assumed a Korok was something was in them but I dunno?

I've also got a horse named Oreo, lol.

I finally got around to doing a dungeon after many hours, the
elephant mech
. It was interesting, not really sure how I feel about the new approach just yet. I kinda wish there was more combat involved, but some of the puzzles were pretty cool, especially to get some of the bonus chests. Honestly gaining access to the thing was one of the hypest parts :P

The boss felt a little generic, if I've gotta be totally honest. I've seen pictures of one of the other bosses, so I know they all look more or less alike, which is a little disappointing.

Vegetal circle: you need to dive in from a high spot
Rock circle: throw a rock

This game already the GOAT for me just cuz it has allowed me to progress this far into the castle. I don't belong here at all, but fuck it if I won't try to look around for a bit.

About to fire this up for the first time soon (finally!)

I see in the DLC notes it mentions a "new hard mode" is there any kind of hard mode setting at launch I can activate? Do they mean "new - a hard mode" or that it will be a different hard mode from the one you already have?

I didnt like my horse so I killed it. Didnt get any horse meat unfortunately but i did get to see its rag doll physics so i pushed it into a river and watched it float away. Such a fun game
