Where can I get a korok leaf? I've only encountered one in the game after like, 25 hours, and I didn't pick it up :/ And I have no idea where it came from, it was in a very rocky location.
How do you usually get leaves?

Hmmm....no.Is there a way to see it in pro hud mode?
Pretty sure that part never existed in-game but was a target render. Glad the game is out so we have definitive confirmation and I can stop hearing "Dude you don't know that, we haven't seen the whole map yet." ¬_¬
Start knocking down trees. One will fall eventually.
They'll randomly drop from trees if you cut them down.

Shrine of wisdom sidequest... This game rewards you so much for exploring. What a great sidequest that was. I usually get bored of open world games after 20-30 hours, but nope... Still having a blast!
Once you turn them off you will forget where they were cause the map is huge lolKind of wish they didn't tell you exactly where the 4 main objectives are located. It ruins the fun of coming across it on your own. The NPC's near seem to tip you off anyways.
One looks like a castle, I'm pretty sure this is obviously inside Hyrule castle. The other is just showing a forest path and a lot of trees around. There are like no landmarks in the picture I can go off of, like the other ones. I've tried just going off the trees in the picture and then going to forest's on the map that have those kinda of trees, but haven't had any luck.
I would have preferred JP VA just because the cutscene direction and dialogue feels very Japanese. Memory spoilerI don't understand the hate for Zelda's VA. I mean, it's not amazing, but not any worse than any other game I've played.
Dude you don't know that, we haven't seen the DLC yet.

OK.... (ง'̀-'́Dude you don't know that, we haven't seen the DLC yet.
Consider the standard of quality for VA in games, it's gone WAYYYY up in the past decade. Zelda has an incredibly fake accent.I don't understand the hate for Zelda's VA. I mean, it's not amazing, but not any worse than any other game I've played.
Someone help me... I can't find thefor the sandshoe quest.eighth Gerudo legend or whatever it's calledI've been EVERYWHERE in the Highlands.
I can't say, but I've definitely had moments just like that. Two guardians on my ass and one drone thing above. Shit was intense. My horse and I managed to get away. One of the most epic moments I've had in a game.Is this bit in the actual game?

I wouldn't mind one that saves your ingredients from what you've already figured out, but hell no to one that gives it away simply based on what you have. If anything, cooking could use more depth. I hate that people are always trying to dumb down games nowadays.
Good post, I agree with that a lot.
Is the BotW main theme anywhere in this game? I really hope so.
The piece I'm talking about is the very first track here.
It's as bad as the worst out there in video games.I don't understand the hate for Zelda's VA. I mean, it's not amazing, but not any worse than any other game I've played.
Nah, Mipha isn't conditioned to cry 90% of the time.Mipha's is worse.
There's a guy at various stables who will give you hints. I found one in a forest because he told me where to look. I now look for him at every stable I find because his hints are so good.

It happens with a lot of Japanese to English actors. I gotta assume it's someone without English as their first language making decisionsIt really baffles my mind - can't anyone at Nintendo tell that Zelda (and few other characters which I came across so far) are fucking awful?? They need to fire their voice director.
My jaw would drop if my horse took a turn like that instead of eating a wall.Is this bit in the actual game?

Does anyone else always keep at least one hammer and one axe in your weapon inventory?
You can do it in the order you want. I'd rate from easiest to hardest like this:The cooking system must be essential because every divine beast area is extremely rough.
Is there a general consensus on the order in which you do them?

A little premature but the next OT needs to be
The Legend of Zelda: Breath of the Wild |OT2| Its 98 All Over Again
like people previosly suggested
The game will usually give you a torch and korok leaf if you need it.I'm missing a hammer right now, but yeah I tend to keep a torch, korok leaf, axe and hammer with me at all times.
I've only heard it when you exit the shrine of resurrection
Don't waste space with torch and leaf. You can cut a tree and get both of those. Or you can sub torch with fire arrow - take the bow and arrow out and go near what you need to light don't shoot and waste it. Axe, you can forego too because you can bomb a tree down.I'm missing a hammer right now, but yeah I tend to keep a torch, korok leaf, axe and hammer with me at all times.
Revali is just a poor Falco impression. Should have had a Brooklyn/New Jersey accent. The voice acting as a whole is hit or miss for me. So far, I HATED Mipha's voice actress, but was pleasantly surprised by Revali's. Zelda's VA is kind of emblematic of this whole problem, because in certain scenes she'll sound find to me, good even. Yet in others, she sounds almost as bad as Mipha. My suspicion is that this is a director problem, moreso than an actor one.
Bombs can send gems flying away. Annoying if you are on a ridge, that's why I always keep a hammer. But I keep an axe, a leaf and torch too.The game will usually give you a torch and korok leaf if you need it.
Also instead of hammers use bombs.
I literally said aloud "oh shit old fashioned pen and paper puzzle!" when I got there. You are not alone.
Although I just used a piece of scrap paper with X and Os to denote which orb went where.

Hey guys where does the monster store move to after the initial conversation? I didn't realize I needed to do a specific thing for the quest
I went back to hammer because you will be hurt when you are on a cliff side and bomb an ore and watch the diamonds plummet thousands of feet below. The game will usually give you a torch and korok leaf if you need it.

Yes, learn to cook.
The guide order is Zora, Gerudo, Rito, Goron.

This is made even better by the fact that the helm he's wearing looks like one of those beanies skaters wear.
