Big-ass Ramp
hella bullets that's true
Colin is very vocally against income tax. He literally means no tax
see, we're talking about this like it's not part of a bigger, more sinister problem

Correct. He's called it a shit-show and "amateur hour" since day one. He voted for Gary Johnson because he couldn't "in good conscience" vote for Trump.
Edit: Also, Colin favors the fair tax aka value added tax over income taxes.
Nah man. His twitter name and profile pic are both allusions to the revolutionary war. Not sure we can determine his take on taxes based only on two words.
I'm well aware of that. Whether he actually thinks that, I'm not so sure. I'm just kind of sick of people overanalyzing everything about the guy.

He's a libertarian. It's part of their platform.
Yeah it's strange all the people denying this. Almost like it's a really stupid view to have or something.
He's vocally stated that he doesn't believe in income tax on many occasions.I'm well aware of that. Whether he actually thinks that, I'm not so sure. I'm just kind of sick of people overanalyzing everything about the guy.
Was he a jerk? The only thing I ever saw him in was the Kinda Funny Horizon review, and he seemed like an alright joe
His twitter avatar was the don't step snake and his username was @notaxatio.

The term "alternative right" was the definition of a movement literally started by a white nationalist. The stated aim was to gang up with diverse right-wing interests in order to push the world in a direction that will eventually make white nationalist ideas mainstream acceptable.Well you've immediately likened the alt-right with neo-nazis, which isn't a great way to start the conversation.
And yes, this is relevant because a flat tax and/or no federal taxation is ABSOLUTELY connected to lacking basic empathy.

Colin was a big part of why I was there. PS ILY cannot continue without him IMO, Greg is not enough, I do not like any of the rest of Kinda Funny at all.
It's not overanalysing if these things that he, like, saidI'm well aware of that. Whether he actually thinks that, I'm not so sure. I'm just kind of sick of people overanalyzing everything about the guy.
So what you are saying is that by not agreeing with you we should be banned.
That's logical.

This isn't what he means. He means no taxation period.
Ain't this some shit lol. The lack of perspective and basic empathy never ceases to amaze.https://www.lp.org/issues/taxes
He's a libertarian. It's part of their platform.
That is an insane view. How the hell does does he expect the government to function without taxes? This isn't what he means. He means no taxation period.
My favorite era of BeyondSee this is why I wished they had more hosts or guest on that show. It was getting stale IMO with just those two guys voices. Felt way too much like old Beyond without a third chair.

He specifically points out in an episode of a conversation with colin that he isn't against taxes 100%, he thinks federal taxes are bullshit, and even mentioned wanting to pay more state taxes instead. This isn't what he means. He means no taxation period.

you realize that the gadsden flag is used by the libertarian party and the concept of no taxation is a core part of the libertarian ideology, right? colin doesn't just really fucking love the revolutionary war.
you do realize that the guy has recorded thousands of hours of videos and podcasts in which he makes clear his political leanings, right?
In other words... "I got mine fuck you"
So basically a lunatic. The country wouldn't be able to function on even a basic level.

We're just happy he's unemployed.
You seemed to defend him a lot considering you don't careNo, I'm not aware, nor do I really care what the guy thinks. My mistake. Guess I just don't understand everyone's obsession with the guy.
I'm pretty sure I've heard him say that income tax is theft and unconstitutional.Which is why even he, himself, said many taxes are vitally essential to running the country and it's ridiculous to suggest he'd want every tax eliminated. He said just wants less of them. I don't remember which GOG episode it was on (maybe it was Colin and Greg Live (now The Kinda Funny Morning Show). I'm sure someone remember where he said it.
Edit: It was an episode of A Conversation With Colin
Time to start watching KF again. Although reading Greg's comment in the polygon article, it just seems like they grew apart. Tweet was most likely a symptom. I wonder whats happening behind closed doors.
For now. He probably has another job lined up. It's the only reason why he'd leave his own company.
He definitely said that.I'm pretty sure I've heard him say that income tax is theft and unconstitutional.
