For me, what made me quit was the slow replacement of the original members. Not my rangers anymore. But also after Zeo I don't even know what happened. Either they stopped airing and moved to cable channels, or it moved from being aired at 18:00 after school to the mornings and never having a fixed timeslot again. It actually got a lot more popular in the Disney, though.
Dunno. I got to see Liveman before Power Rangers, so that's probably why I liked it that much. In fact, for some time they would air Ultraman,Jetman, and even the Japanese G1 Transformers. Best childhood ever.

They graduate right at the start of Turbo. Tommy wasnt a full time nascar driver tho.

Probably has the best send off of any of the Zordon-era Rangers (not counting the ending of In Space), which isn't saying a lot but still...
Judging how old he looks, he's just about tapped out. Billy was a 27 year old playing an 18 year old when he quit the series. He looked 38 tho.

Last night I was rewatching, reading and seeing the clips about David Yost's interviews regarding it. It's depressing. He stuck it out for that long too even through all of that stuff. The good news though is that none of the other Rangers got onto him about it and they were all pretty close. The producers, directors and others were the ones who hurt him.

Even just the general retool of Zeo with a new command centre set, new suits, colours etc is badly needed at this point. The Mighty Morphin aesthetic has gotten old.

Mini series to get rid of Rita and the last of the MMPR stuff and go into Zeo, they have a lot of footage left of the Japanese series they were on for this season in Kakuranger so it had to get used.

I think I had blocked it out but I now barely remember these Alien Ranger episodes and I think this was the shit that actually made me quit watching this show. It was just way to stupid for my young nearly teenage mind to accept XD

The original Coins were damaged beyond repair. Adam tries to use his original Coin/Morpher in and episode of In Space and it almost kills him due to how unstable it is.
