In terms of design and appearance, Mesogog is one of the best looking villains.

Also in terms of voicing.

Much like Astronema, he doesn't always yell or throw tantrums like the other villains so he comes across as more menacing.

Red confirmed in an interview that they're bringing back rangers for Super Ninja Steel next year since that's the 25th anniversary.

Mesogog's a dark and serious kind of villain. He works super well. Lothor was more on the funny side, but his real plan and final fight were legit serious and damn epic.

That's pretty how much I compare / contrast both villains.

Lothor was a funny villain who could get down when he needed to (NS finale), but Mesogog been real from the jump.

Mesogog makes occasional jokes, but he's definitely a super serious villain. It's what makes him so effective and creepy, not to mention his overall motivation of trying to have Dinosaurs rule the world again.

For the most part, yeah. Emma has a part where she does a rapid outfit change, so you get to see her in different uniforms. Since the rangers don't change clothes, that could work.

I made that mistake with Samurai and Super Megaforce. Both times I got burned. That said, I watched Samurai two years ago and actually found myself having some fun with it because I was able to watch it without making Shinkenger comparisons. Doubt I can do the same with Super Megaforce though.

This was me and Mystic Force. My first sentai i watched in full was Magiranger so i had big hopes for how Power rangers would adapt it. I was so upset with the show. ( Loved Xander tho)

The schedule in the OP seems to be off. Probably due to random repeats and the bumpers in between episodes.

I wanted to watch more of Dino Thunder, but I think most of it is happening while I was asleep and at work. SPD is one of my favorites though, so I don't want to miss it.
