You're almost there.Go south for the tower.
I got sidetracked with a
shrine that was encased in a block of ice
At least its something, a landmark :3

It's so crazy I see people here mentioning Bears and Stalnox'es... I have been playing for 80+ hours and haven't run into them at all!
Some actually have new dialogues!
I'm on my way to see some sort of scientist but having a real hard time trying to get there, i'm running trough some sort a valley and it starts that blood moon mechanic for the first time.
Should i go do some shrines first or what's up? i only have like 1 extra hearth atm
You meet, and have probably already met, an NPC who mentions traveling north to see their grandfather.
Yes of course. Hmm, so that's the lead?
On another note, on the Ruta Quest:are they supposed to be so ridiculously hard? Because it's making me believe I'm in no way ready to continue down this path. It took me 3 of my most decent weapons, almost all my food and 2 fairies to take it down. A single hit took off over half my health at 11 hearts. Even perfect dodging him several times in a row barely dented his health (my 2hs have around 35+ to 50 attack) and he only needed to hit back once to put me on the ropes. I feel like I'm missing something. That Lynel you have to fight for shock arrows is the first Lynel I fought (I encountered another while exploring but I ran away from it),

Indeed.Some actually have new dialogues!

Guys, is there anything even remotely resembling a breadcrumb quest or a hint or nudge towards? Or am I supposed to stumble upon it on my own while exploring? If the former question is a yes then how am I supposed to encounter it?the Master Sword
I like this set too. The tunic is great but I especially love the hood. So bad ass. Wish it had a set bonus. I'm still going to max it out. This is my favorite outfit in the game. Everything about the Hylian set is dope. The sand boots however takes the outfit to another level. Looks adventurous af.

Anyone else encountered....her, yet?
Haha, that shit was so cool! I climb the Mountain top before approaching the spring, so I was a bit flabbergasted by what was just lying there.Just went to the Spring of Wisdom... OHMYGOD.
... Her.??? Who?

Could be anyone, but I'm going to guess it's thecrazy flower lady on that shrine on the island.

Is the Activity Log that unlocks after having the Switch for a week precise, or is it vague? Would very much like to keep track of how long I've played this for.
it unlocks after 10 days and it increases in 5 hour increments: 10hrs -> 15hrs ->20hrs etc etc
not that precise but ok enough I guess

THREE HEARTS CHALLENGE IS DONE!!! TAKE THAT, GANON!!!!!
Ahem...
Man, that final battle was difficult. But I farmed a bunch of powerful bows in Hyrule Castle and the entirewas just me spamming arrows and parrying.boss rushwas the toughest of them all. He was pretty easy in my normal playthrough but I was ill-equipped to fight him here and I ended up consuming most of my healing items while facing him.Thunderblight Ganon
I now have beaten the game three times: normal run, naked run and three hearts run. I guess it's time for me to take a break but I just can't stop playing... I think this game is all right.
It means that is more than 100, but less than 105.Haven't posted (or played tbh) in a bit because of how busy I've been moving and starting a new job, but I'd like to share my progress:
- Switch says playtime is 100 hours or more (what does "or more" mean?)
You can only have one active quest at a time, go to the menu and select it again if you want the markers to show up again.I went back to Impa after getting my first memory and she showed me the places I have to go on my map. But when I left, the locations are gone. Do I have to go back to impa to get them to show up, or are they gone now?
Ah! Great news! That's more like it!you can open the big doors in Hebra if that's what you're talking about?
remember that if you have a spear, claymore or a bow out, you won't raise your shield. One note and one question:
First, I noticed this morning that I can see stars at night much better in portable mode than I can in docked mode, even though I would say the overall image quality is better in docked mode. Strange phenomenon- maybe because many stars are exactly one pixel, and the upscaling from 900p to 1080p fudges them out? Or maybe it's just my TV?
Second, for some reason I can't seem to use the shield reliably. Maybe 75% of the time when I hit ZL I raise the shield, but 25% I just go into a different stance and get nailed. Any suggestions?

You should totally do a samurai run. (Bows and two handed weapons only, no shields.)
Just had an insane- ah ha moment.
Atthere's theGoron Mountaintracks all over
Figured I'd use magnesis to attach a cart and then a bomb to propel me.
Voila it actually worked. I was looking all over for some sort of contraption to get theto actually move.trolley
This game gets better and better and better- using only, will this, can I, and then holy shit, it actually worked.
Hmm, cheers.
Any good apps that do it better, even if it means activating and deactivating it every time I play?

Also worth noting it's not having the Switch for 10 days, but for the first 10 days after starting a game it will choose to show "First played X days ago." instead.it unlocks after 10 days and it increases in 5 hour increments: 10hrs -> 15hrs ->20hrs etc etc

The parental control app will let you see total play time per day, but not good totals.The_Hitcher89 said:Hmm, cheers.

You don't need to have any Divine Beasts first toSo it's supposed to happen after the Divine Beasts? Because I've been avoiding them while exploring the world but a wee bit intoand so far no mention of it. An NPC at a stable did give me a quest to show up with it. And I kinda know where it is but I would like to know how it fits in the story.the Ruta quest

Maybe its because you're holding a two-handed weapon? In that case, just hit the cancel / run button and you'll raise your shield.
You don't need to have any Divine Beasts first to. There is a requirement which you're told about once you locate it.get the master sword
