Last day of March. I literally don't remember anything about this month other than playing this fucking game.
To funny, same here to a degree. It's definitely been a big part of my attention and awareness.

Trying to do the shrine that requires a Blood Moon... shouldn't have restarted my game. I had a session suspended where I got a Blood Moon constantly. Now I'm lighting fires and skipping to night after night.
I'm afraid to leave because if I get a Blood Moon while I'm not looking for one I probably won't notice it until it's too late to get back.
There's an entrancesomewhere high above it along the river.
I vaguely remember some thread about some dude waiting a whole month in line for something and then everything else is a blur.Last day of March. I literally don't remember anything about this month other than playing this fucking game.
Speaking of stealth missions, you know what's bullshit?
The "banana assassins" mission. I can't believe how many times I had to restart it because I got spotted by the big guys in the last rooms and how powerful they are. Granted, I had 3 hearts, but still, so hard and frustrating.
Does anyone remember how to get to this shrine northwest of, in aRito Villagelake, at the end of a pier, you see it through a crack in the mountain wall.
I bombed a nearby rock and it gave me a updraft, and above there was a rock with a korok seed, but I cant see anyway to get in. This damn snowstorm and playing portable doesnt help either.
Help?
Final Beast down, FINALLY got the Gerudo Tower and I'm sitting at 97 shrines. I'm sure I'll be able to pick around 10 or so between high and low Gerudo, but the others are going to be harsh!
Urbosa's Fury is pretty sweet.
So end game question. If you don't fight the GanonBlights, when fighting Calamity Ganob, do you have to fight the 4 elements on top of it? Yes or n. I'm worried/sad if it's boss fights I'm gonna end up missibg

There are so many ways to clear it w/o much trouble that yeah, I don't get it either.Weird that so many folks have had trouble with the infamous stealth mission. I thought it was campy fun. The amount of visual cues is just bananas.
Easily my least favorite mission in the game.Speaking of stealth missions, you know what's bullshit?

I can't remember the last time a game gave me the kind of agency to create my own experience that this one does. Oh wait that's because none ever have.
Constant looking-around-wishing-someone-else-had-just-seen-that-shit moments. Capture button should have been video because of this game. Missed op.

Guardian Arrows. It was super easy to fight them, but I was packing those because I had a decent amount of cash.
I didn't know they kill you in one hit tho, guess I was lucky to be packing heat
Watching my almost five year old niece (edit six, oops, bad uncle). I decided to pause the game while I prepared her a little snack before bedtime (she passed on supper because she wasn't hungry, but she'll totally kill a little pizza now). I come back to the living room and she's totally destroying a big giant guy that killed me three times before I decided to take a break.
I think I'm gonna put her in charge.

Finished all side quests, shortly after finishing all shrines and. Won't be getting all the Korok seeds (in fact I have only 70), so this is it, for now.fully upgrading the Wild armor set. Ready to play that DLC in the classic outfit!
One of the last sidequests I did was the. Cute and fun one to end on.love letter in Zora's domain
But even better: the very last sidequest I did was theAfter which Ifinal Kass song, Hero's Cache.warped to Rito as I'd heard he'd show up there after completing all his songs.
Wow, that was a great way to end my time with the game! From theto the revelations aboutsong referencing the classic Zelda themethis may be my favorite twist/side story in the entire game.Revali (no pun intended) -- both why he disliked Link and the fact that he's decided to help him regardless by passing on the songs, completely salvaging what was a bit of an annoying character
So yeah. Seek out the ancient songs, people.
Damn, I wanted to see how far I could ride athroughbear, but there's a blockade of goop on the path that's impassable, and it refuses to go inside. Oh well. Screenshot to commemorate the attempt:Hyrule Castle

Just finished the Goron beast and I loved absolutely every single moment of it. And I mean every moment from my fist step on Death mountain and everything leading up to the beast. The dungeon itself was just tremendous and boss was fun. Oh, and I loved the dungeon music.
This games sense of scale and verticality is nothing short of amazing. This really shines on Death mountain, which truly feels like a mountain this time. I mean there are lakes, springs, caves, tunnels and mines all over the place. And a big dungeon climbing it's slopes to top it all of. And then you take out your glider and return gracefully to the green world below while soaking in the vistas of an entire kingdom. This game man. This game.
I cannot find this damn sunshroom behind the lab!
It's not in my inventory, so I dont think it's picked. Wtf? I even slept in the Inn to try and get it to grow.
Also what's the difference with the beds in the Inn?
Uh the motion controls for this game suck. Wayyy worse than skyward sword motion controls. Far worse
A little anecdotal, but somewhat related to your awesome story.....but this game will probably go down in my memory as being the best gaming experience of my life. My almost-3-year-old asks to watch "Wink" (Link), and I played BOTW to pass time while my wife was at the hospital before our son was born.
Beating Fireblight Ganon while sitting beside my wife as she waited for our son is etched in my mind forever. I'm so grateful Nintendo made this game so I can tell my kids how important it was to our family.
Weird. I'd try turning on Stasis to make objects you can pick up stand out.I cannot find this damn sunshroom behind the lab!

I'm guessing it's my fault actually. Instead of motions it's really just small tilts to the controllerI had zero problems with them, I actually loved the motion controlled shrines. Never played SS though.
Actually I wasn't a huge fan of these. I used tiny movements, too. A couple of them I found frustratingI'm guessing it's my fault actually. Instead of motions it's really just small tilts to the controller

Can you keep multiple save files by saving manually? As in having a second playthrough and not delete the first one?
Considering all the manual saves are still up...
Down to my last 15 shrines and I decided to use a guide to get them done quickly. After I looked up one of them I instantly regretted it. I wish I didnt look it up and I will try my best to avoid looking at a guide for the remaining 14.
I took a day off yesterday and my session today felt like the first 30 hours. I just loved exploring for the sake of exploring. So many canyons and areas I havent touched yet. Little clues leading to treasure or amazing shieldboarding courses. I love this game.
