Date for ARMS seems a guarantee IMO, and we could get a month or day for Splatoon 2.

Here we go . Hopefully they unveil more first party stuff for the Switch to fill out the time between about August or so and Super Mario Odyssey (assuming that drops in November). And perhaps something else for the 3DS alongside info on Fire Emblem Echoes: Shadows of Valentia and perhaps Pikmin 3DS. If it's anything like the Nindies direct they had just before the Switch launch it should be a great presentation - can't wait! .

I'm most curious about what the post launch support models/business models for ARMS and Splatoon 2 look like.

Games like this tend to live or die by the type of support they get after launch.

It's the beginning of the generation too, so it's not like you want Splatoon 2 to fall over after a year unless they're releasing new Splatoon games all the time.

Hope we get new characters for ARMS in this. I know it should focus mainly on it and Splatoon 2 but I hope we get a release date for Dragon Quest Heroes 1&2 at least. Probably Pikmin will show up. That one is an exclusive. Nintendo did indicate continued support for the 3DS though, I wouldn't be surprised to see a couple more smaller exclusives.

It's the day after/of a big Fire emblem Heroes update. Makes sense to detail the upcoming 3DS game Fire Emblem Echoes:Shadows of Valentia there (even though the JP version has been datamined at this point). Also need to hear about Ever Oasis at some point. Probably Fire Emblem Warriors too, which is switch/n3DS crossgen.
