Possibly after. In one of the sprays posted in this thread she had black hair not blue. The blue skin was a side affect that came later with more experimentation.


Her skin became blue after she killed her husband after being brainwashed, not when she was first kidnapped. Blue hair was most likely the first side affect though.

It almost certainly is, as her skin isn't blue, but is her regular skin color.

Fatale is Widowmaker's name in French, and Talon's name in French is La Griffe, so we can assume that it is her during her early time in Talon, but I'll wait till we have an English name for the skin, and maybe the lore blurb to go along with it.

Skins don't have the ability to be altered, you just equip it.

As of now, we've only seen this skin with a Hat, so she may have another without it, but you won't be able to remove it most likely.

They changed it a few months ago because they didn't want people to stop playing before events come out so that they could get more boxes.

A change for leveling for all promotions, not just 300. Standard XP for level up used to be 22k, now it's been reduced to 20k to compensate for this change. The popular theory is this change was implemented to prevent people for event camping at level x00 for easy event boxes.
