Toriyama has always put strong females in his manga despite the general perviness, so this isn't a particular surprise by any means we're getting so much of them in this large tournament.

Have him babysitting Pan, he gets bored and starts inventing stuff, people keep trying to break into Gohan's house, and the inventions keep taking them out, until the last time where they discover Pan, then Pan takes them out.
Goku thinks everything he created was junk, but a lot of it was useful.
I disagree.
His base face looks bad.
Plus overall he is just uglier than the original Vegeto.

Designs are consistent between the manga and anime, so it'd be weird for it to be another character.

I think part of the problem with Super Saiyan Blue is he don't often have the Earth falling apart when people power up anymore. And I imagine people are less comfortable with it now; hasn't Japan entered into a long period of volcanic activity? They don't have to have Super Saiyan Blue steamroll everyone to show that it's powerful, it could have a huge presence and other people could still compete with it because they're becoming absurdly powerful too.

Super rumbly transformations are usually only the first time someone transforms. A good example is that Goku transformed into Super Saiyan 3 later in the Buu arc pretty quickly.
Blue is also about Ki control, so it wouldn't make much sense.
I guess that's true, but the old powerups have also tended to fall by the wayside past their first appearance. The Androids could take down Super Saiyans, Fat Buu could handle Super Saiyan 2, Beerus shut down Super Saiyan 3... I don't think the problem is that Super Saiyan Blue isn't the unbeatable new hotness anymore.

that never made much sense to me, at least in the original Buu saga
the first time Goku went SSJ3 must have been in the after life, so going SSJ3 should have been a world shaking event every time it happened during the whole Buu saga
it'd be ok if by Beerus Goku was so used to it he could do it quickly tho
