Gameplay looks good to me. Lighting and the faces need work, and the stages and UI are a bit bland, but hopefully those will be fixed in time.
This is gonna be games as service title like sf v where they'll keep adding dlc characters every year. There will probably no complete version at least until the support of the game ended which could be years from now depending on how successful the game is.

Mash HP instead of LP for the Vulcan punch.
true but if it's like SF there will be better deals available by waiting. like SFV right now on PSN for $40 for game, season pass 1, and season pass 2.

Capcom Japan, first time in a long time.
I thought it was Capcom USA.
Ya gems look like the comeback mechanic
There are no passive effects that we have evidence of IIRC. You can use the base ability, whatever new move is granted to you, without cost, however.Freely? The stones have passive and active statuses. The active status's bar fills from damage taken.
I hope everyone appreciated that Hulk gets a ground bounce off of his normal command grab, and Thor's grab super still isn't comboable at all.
Some things never change.

No one could whiff launch in mvc3 and cancel it into anything unless it's rooms forward H.Some other observations:
Probably noted already but Hulk's air S causes groundbounce. Based on this very minimal footage, seems like they're really gonna give characters more opportunities to self-OTG given the tag system. I'm okay with this given some characters were given the shit end of the stick with this in MvC3 and I think Skullgirls does it well (though it looks significantly less goofy than it does in Skullgirls).
Ultron's tridash doesn't seem very fast, but his boxdash looks great. Also, characters auto-switch directions when you're in the air jumping over someone. There's a word for this that I forget ATM. Boxdash combined with his repulsar bot he can call in looks like some dirty stuff at low level (essentially just beam assist cross-ups, but what works works).
On that note.. Ultron.. actually looks a lot like Nova's moveset, anyone else seeing this? His dive move looks just like Nova's S and he's got a lot of real heavy hitting normals and he's got that long forward airdash. I'm not saying Nova ain't in, but I'm seeing similarities.
@2:42: Thor whiffs his launch and cancels straight into command grab? He could do that in MvC3, right?
@3:35 Chun-Li is seen charging her spinning bird kick, as her hands and feet start to glow. That's pretty neat.
Power Stone's regular activation either puts you into a hard knockdown or ground bounce, or Chun's ground Hyper OTGs.
Strider and Chun both have air supers, which is interesting.
Seems like characters have less health or take more damage? Strider's magic series seems to be shredding Hulk's health of all people. But Thor doesn't seem to do nearly the same damage vs. Ultron. Really weird.
The tag cancelling thing makes more sense to me know. Ultron throws a cinematic command grab-esque move out there and gets caught in it while Strider is coming in. Now THAT is hype. Get caught in a cinematic move, come out, and the second character is already wailing on you. That would just look pretty badass TBH, and makes it look a lot more like a team effort.
Hawkeye being able to juggle you with 3 different arrow types is super fucking cool.
Upon reviewing this footage once more, OKAY DIS MARVEL AND I AM GLAD

Kinda silly that they (still) don't let you get an OTG followup or anything after that.I hope everyone appreciated that Hulk gets a ground bounce off of his normal command grab, and Thor's grab super still isn't comboable at all.

I think you should do a GAF search of all my posts with the words "Tekken" and "animation".Reused animations have never been such a problem in games when Tekken 7, DOA 5, and Injustice 2 do it (Tekken in particular has been guilty of this for DECADES, and no one ever calls it out). Apparently, it's only a sin when Capcom does it.
That's why it looks so bad then.
The polished audiovisual artistry that defined the MvC series is completely gone here, no surprise really with Capcom steering the wheel.
SFV graphics and gameplay were fine, issue was lack of features and shit online servers. This game has bland graphics, but we don't know the features yet.The lack of art direction is just killlller UMvC3 had SUCH a look and for them to be copying a lot of things over (which I don't mind - bring em' all) why did they just shit it all in the process... It also looks too zoomed in and you get to focus more on the bad models and animations while feeling claustrophobic. UI is gaudy AF and looks like a mobile game... It just all seems to look so rough.
Some mechanics looks cool! Stones seem like a laugh and the super Space Stone putting fools in a box is a laugh. Seems like it could fill the third character void! The 2meter combo breaker thing is a Neat fucking thing for VS games (always liked the Mega Crash in TvC) but the way it works in this seems crazy... bringing in the other member and making you break the combo yourself? (so you can't do it when you have one chara down? & might fuck up and Happy Birthday yourself?). Every other normal seems to OTG? Hawkeye OTG slides after level 3, Chris' baton OTG? Auto combos and auto supers are whatever but the talk of DP being down down is a nightmare.
Lots of issues and it's out pretty damn soon. It's not looking good folks -- It's looking like SFV all over again.

I heard it was Japan for the longest time, I could be wrong.

This is one thing I will forever give NRS props for. MKX reanimated nearly everything from MK9.
That would be amazing.

What issues are there with graphics other than hair clipping and shadow dithering? Game looks great and animates well, and certainly looks better than MvCi.Lots of people have issues with SFVs graphics and gameplay.
Is there an android friendly link? Cant watch shit

If it is Capcom Japan (not too sure now) I think it's probably because Marvel wants it to look a specific way? Only MvC3 was outsourced that was a MvC game if I recall.

INCOMING GAME
This. Please this.Hey Capcom, I've heard you're re-using assets.
Why not put She-Hulk back in?
What? SFV looks great, it has some issues like heavy clipping, a couple of weird faces and stupid shadows, but other than that the models are 👌🏻👌🏻game looks terrible just like sfv
Yeh, but st. H doesn't seem to have armor anymore. They giveth and they taketh away.
But it doesnt
Tells me its not supported so the video shuts down
