SFV 'only' doing 1.5 million has nothing to do with it being only on PS4 and PC. It was barebones for casual players who usually make up the bulk of sales.

That would be insane, I would finally get into MH. i have a Switch now so I'm hoping they do something like Dragon Quest series on it with two versions.

I don't believe this for a second. You do this alter-ego thing, which I believe is just your real views you are pretending to be 'trolling' under and don't offer half as much criticisms to MS. It's ok to be a fan brah lol...
 
I think Capcom will reveal Deep Down at E3.
So they have another characters to add in Marvel Vs Capcom Infinite.

I wonder why we didn't get any leaks for games for this year from Sony devs yet. Last year we got leaks about GOW, Spider-Man, Days Gone etc..
Does that mean Sony will only show the announced games and has almost no new games to show or Sony just being tighter and not letting their guard off this time?
 
MH on PS4 wouldn't surprise me at this point. I can see it happening. I would just like to play it on a home console since I have never played it before.

Stuff just hasn't leaked. I don't think we need to worry about Sony not having new stuff.

I really hope so. I know I will be amazed by the new (classical) gameplay of GOW and other announced games but it won't be as surprising as the reveals of last year (beceause we didn't see anything about them before and they were fresh new that is why they succeded to surprise). Only new things would skyrocket the show to new levels again.
 
I hope we finally get a release date for shakedown hawaii, Wild and Detroit. 3 games i am very keen to play this year tbh or by Feb 2018 latest.
 
I really miss concept games like Mister Mosquito, A Dog's Life, Ecco The Dolphin etc...
Eventhough that they didn't succeed very much, they still participated in the PS2 golden age. I think devs won't take the risk of making games where you control animals anymore or comparable concept ideas.

Wild is definitely one that slips off people's radar when making lists covering the next few years. The shots of it on Ancel's instagram looked really nice.

They could honestly just show me gameplay of everything announced thus far with release dates and I'd be content.

Well, last year's E3 had the first reveals of GOW, Death Stranding, Days Gone, Spider-Man etc.. which was tremdendous considering the amount of new blockbuster games they announced. At PSX they revealed TLOU2.

If they can keep the pace by revealing new games whith such importance,while showing new videos of the announced games, then they can certainly top last year's E3.
While I really doubt that, I am still able to hope they can.

Trust me, nothing tops the moment when a game is shown for the first time. The mystery that people kept feeding (through leaks or expectations) buffs that feeling.
We will be satisfied this year no doubt, if they show only new videos of the announced games with release dates, but dunno, it will be different than last year. Anyway, we will see.

Maybe we have to wait another 5 years or so in order for the internet to generate new "games of legend". Something to take the place of the fabled FF7R, Shenmue, TLG!
 
Well I was hoping to see WBs next Batman game. I guess Shadow of Mordor will be their priority.

I hope Square will announce Life is Strange Season 2

In terms of superhero games, I think a Superman game could have that shock factor. Maybe not in the sense of people desperately wanting it beforehand, but due to the fact that it's generally believed that nobody will touch Superman in a solo game again, it's impossible bla bla.

Did you see that Ancel posted a couple off-screenshots of Wild on his Instagram in Jan and Feb? The graphics looked significantly better than what was shown in 2015.

There are a few games where you can shift between animals, like Vane, where you transform between a boy and a bird, and Lost Ember, slated for 2018, where you can shift between multiple animals.

Maybe they finally figured out that you can't just make Batman games and expect your sales to rise. My guess is that WB will have that rumored Rocksteady Superman game, Shadow of War, the lego stuff, and maybe another game from one of their many studios.

Avalanche, who developed the Mad Max game. Other than that they have a few mobile game studios, but Avalanche would be the other AAA game studio.
 
I know its never going to happen but I would shit myself if Sony announced a proper SOCOM game. No vr bs, or motion controls, just solid tactical team based combat.

It was Avalanche who developed the Disney Infinity games who was purchased by Warner, not Avalanche the Just Cause developer. Confusing I know; I'm sure most people (me included) didn't know there was a second developer called Avalanche until this news story popped up a few months ago.

I could see this working today most definitely. We've seen some great team-based tactical shooters do well these past couple years.
