I still think the most fucked up thing is how Goku and Tien act.

Expecting those two oblivious characters to say something is setting yourself up for disappointment. The only characters with common sense are Gohan, vegeta and Krillin.

Goku at best is married with kids because of ChiChi always chasing him.

Should've had Turtle visiting too.

Goku and Ten don't care about anything except for training and fighting. He didn't even saw Roshi annoying the girl because he took her away

Roshi got kicked in the balls and knocked out by a Kamehameha. It was a more delayed but he did get his punishment, although I do agree with you overall.

that delay is important, it's what can separate it from a dumb short gag you might cringe a little or chuckle at into a very uncomfortable situation with ugly implications. Comedy is timing.

I don't know why they didn't just have the tournament be a few months away, have Goku gather the team and have them all train at Beerus and Whis' place

It'd make a lot more sense, really.

Giving people some time to properly train makes more sense.

Right now it feels like U7 is trying to write a term paper 4 hours before its due. Only thing is that it seems to be working damn well.

Then it's just bad writing when they're the only 2 characters there. Have Gohan, Vegeta, Future Trunks, Oolong, Yamcha, Videl, Bulma, 18, Krillin, kid Trunks, Satan, 17, one of the 50 characters who don't support Roshi's shit, have them go with Goku, and have them call Roshi's bullshit out. There's no reason why you couldn't have added another person into this episode, 0 reasons.

I didn't associate that Kamehameha at all as being punishment for Roshi's antics.

It wasn't directed at his antics, since Goku still doesn't care about how Master Roshi acts, but it still happened directly after his antics, which makes them somewhat related. As far as the story is concerned, he got a punishment in the same episode he was a perverted asshole.
One thing they could have added was his reputation getting ruined. By the people watching the fight, since they would have seen Roshi being perverted.

There was Oolong flashing Roshi, transformed as Bulma which didn't have a punishment.

The flashing for the Dragon Ball/ Nimbus didn't have a punishment, unless you count Roshi being humiliated about the nimbus.

I still think the most fucked up thing is how Goku and Tien act. They should have had Vegeta tag along with Goku at some point, have Vegeta frown upon this. Show even more how far he's grown compared to Goku.

1) The joke is that he puff puff'd Oolong though. Oolong knew what was happening it wasn't a sudden and unplanned thing.

2) The dragon ball flashing was there to set up Roshi as a pervert, the turtle calls him out for it and he can't ride the nimbus, proving that he actually is not a morally good person. (turtle states it's the reason)

That's fine honestly. They don't NEED any other main characters there. I actually like only having Goku and Tien there as an excuse to set up Roshi's shenanigans in a different way. I'm sure there are other ways of handling his failure better than the repetitive "bulma is there and immediately smacks him in the head as soon as he starts being inappropriate". Not that I've ever been much a fan of Roshi's humor anyway.

Yo why are people complaining. We fucking NEED the filler. I don't them to show up and say OH LOOK IM SSB STRONG NOW LEL, That's dumb.

I wouldn't even call it that, it's great for building context and allowing for some much needed character moments. It's the stupid 48hr time limit that's ruining everything that makes all of their mental and physical development suspect, even for dragonball.

Objectively the connection was there, but definitely wasn't "good enough". It's like "punishing" a dog for being sick by holding it down to give it shots that it hates getting. The dog intially got sick because yesterday because he raided your cabinet and ate your hot chocolate mix. Yes, the connection is there, but the dog isn't going to take the shots as a "punishment" for raiding the cabinet.

Need to figure out which episode Oolong flashed him, but Roshi still wasn't punished.
Oolong's transformation is 1 to 1, so Roshi is still seeing everything whether it's actually Bulma or not, and did Roshi even find out it was Oolong? The joke being that it's Oolong only works if it's not anywhere near how Bulma would look, or say they kiss but before the kiss when Roshi has his eyes closed, Oolong turns back into himself that's a joke that works, but it's pretty fucked up whether it's Bulma or not when it should be a 1 to 1 recreation.

Also, didn't Bulma get pissed since Oolong was taking it too far?

I refuse to believe I'm remembering that scene wrong.

I just saw the episode, I expected worse I guess. Tien jobbing doesn't bode too well for him lol. I'm honestly more interested in the U6 saiyans than whatever was going on this episode. I hope that episode 93 title is real,
all ya'll talking all that good shit and now look what may potentially be happening
.

Between Lunch and Yurin, Tien now has had two girls who have pursued him (89 seemed to hint Yurin is attracted to Tien and sees being at his dojo as a chance to get closer to him). Tien gets made fun of a lot for being clueless on girls, but why aren't we bringing this up as props for Tien? I don't think any other guy in the series has had more than one person pursue them with a romantic interest. Krillin had Maron and has 18 but Maron was filler.

Tien is MGTOW.

Pretty sure Gohan had girls all over him in high school.

Once it's revealed that our Future Trunks killed the other Future Trunks, he'll have 2 Mai's.

Man, whatever. That was the best DBZ arc. It's still canon to me, damnit.

Damn straight. How Yamcha gets a spin-off manga and "Gohan and Videl's adventures in High School and College" don't is beyond my comprehension. There's literally like six years worth of space, sitting around doing jack shit, that could be used to tell interesting stories.

Are we sure Yurin isn't filler too? Well, I guess technically the anime is canon to itself.

And it's not a hint. Yurin is blatantly tsundere for him.

Gohan had that idol singer who would still jump him tomorrow if he wanted it.

What are the chances Bardock shows up down the line in Super?

Edit- Them Goku genes. Goku, Gohan, and Goten(GT) all ladies man

What are the chances Bardock shows up down the line in Super?
I wouldn't say 0. They've been bringing back stuff from the past like the Mafuba, if Bardock were to appear in Super I really wish it was well done and for a great reason. It'd be nice to see Goku meet him.

One thing I noticed is that it seems like we have two types of saiyans now. Those like Goku and Vegeta who are more normal-looking humans. And those like Tarble and Cabba who are more shrimpish.
