Can they even get cell? Do purely artificial beings go to otherworld when they die? We saw cell in hell but that was just filler, has toriyama ever commented on this?

I think you only don't go to the afterlife if your fully mechanical like 16. Since Cell is biomechanical, I think he would still go to hell.

Cell is the most bland, boring villain in the series once he becomes perfect. He's a creation with no depth to him unlike 17/18. If I can choose any villain to come back it would no doubt be Dabra. He's stronger than Cell, has a cooler backstory and an entire universe to explore.

I'd like to think Cell's in hell. Makes some of the Z filler hilariously stupid if he didn't, though RoF already makes Z's interpretation on Hell stupid.

Perfect Cell is great because he's lawful... to a degree. He's a bad guy that will abide by predetermined rules aka a tournament.

... to a degree.

Always wished he fell out during his fight with Goku, before the stage was destroyed. To see his reaction, and to see if Goku was stupid enough to think it meant they won. He almost falls out a few times, which is hilarious they put any emphasis on it.

I'd rather Beerus dragged some new character ancient villain he put away millenia ago, if we're going the 'drag people out of hell' route. But that would be too cool I guess.

Plus he's got everyone's techniques. If this is supposed to be about tricky techniques then he's obviously the guy you should turn to.

Toei really jumping the shark on this one, especially if it's being used as a device to kill time before the main event.

I just hope it is that at this point because it could potentially ruin the entire arc for me. The execution has to be absolutely perfect for it to redeem itself. They make so much progress to ensure this isn't the Goku show and then they take it too far at the cost of Buu.

So annoyed.

After sleeping I think I'm okay.
I'm upset that they dumped Buu again, but at least he got a win in the exhibition. I'm kinda mad that I called him going into hibernation because he overexerted himself.
I think I've moved to cautiously optimistic for Freeza, there is a lot of great character interactions that could come from this. I saw people saying it's out of character for Goku to try and get Freeza... how? The dude was going to let Freeza live TWICE. The Universe is at stake and he can probably strike some sort of deal for Freeza, either bring him back to life or bargain for a better hell for him or something, so I don't see why Freeza wouldn't agree. This also kinda gives F more purpose in the grand scheme of things, I got Freeza up to snuff, and this could be a chance to give Freeza something better than that movie/arc since it wasn't very good, especially the Super version.
I just wish Freeza was replacing Roshi or Tenshinhan instead.

It does have great story opportunities.

Krillin wished an Android back so he could have sex with her.

Not a single thing you said is correct, that's funny.

1) He didn't wish her back, she was still alive.

2) She's not a robot, she is a human enhanced organically, she has a soul.

3) He thought she was in a relationship with 17, he ignored they were twins.

I guess something had to slip at some point. Everything was too good to be true.

I heard the shotgun farmer has been hitting the elliptical.

Power level should be in the millions by this point.

The episode begins innocently looking over farm fields and the grown over remains of where Raditz's ship had crashed long ago. Then cut to a sweat going down a forehead, and then some shots of them working out but making sure to obscure the face. That's when they stepped outside their house and you see the farmer all roided out.

The scene then moves to a nearby forest where the farmer continues to train. He punches a tree which comes out from it's roots and slams into other trees creating a mass amount of debris smoke. Then he takes a shotgun pellete and flicks into more trees. This destruction and loud noises alerts Goku who is passing by on his way back from 17. He lands to see the commotion and finds the Farmer.

Goku can tell he is quite strong when suddenly, BAM, blue god ki aura surrounds the Farmer. The end.

This is turning out to be fanfic levels if that indeed is not a troll by episode 94.

Still looking froward to some of the interactions and some potential outcomes like
Frieza
becoming a
perma resident
of U6 living with
Frost

Goku: "I know you all really want to win this 10 million zeni so I brought our old pal
Frieza
along to help us out"

The description says that everybody is against bringing Freeza, so I'm guessing Goku's insistence on it is what will lead to the cast realizing something is up and tensions will begin to run high.

What if
Frieza
doesn't happen and they end up getting
Future Trunks
instead? Please I hope this happens at the last minute.
Future Trunks
teaming up with 17/18 would be a sight to see. Also the fandom would be more down with this.

Would rather have this tbh.

Time traveling is too much of a taboo for the gods for them to allow this again, I think.

I have the best solution...

They introduce the Future Warrior from Xenoverse to take part in the tournament. Something happens and they're sent down without any known timeline issues and needs to take part in the tournament.

No thanks.
Freiza
brings much more interesting opportunities for interactions.

Ohhh man that would sell more games, too.

Everybody wins.

I'm not personally. They don't have the means to do it anyway.

Kaioshin can use a time ring to go pick him up. Alternatively, maybe the standard Dragonballs could send them to the future and afterwards they return with Trunks' time machine? It's not happening though.
