That would make sense, but for the games at least Teen Gohan is the Gohan from the Cell Games.
Kid Gohan = Saiyan/Freeza saga.
Teen Gohan = Cell Games.
Adult Gohan (or just Gohan) = Buu onwards.

I've always wanted this, Give Trunks a Sword, Give Goten the Power Pole (since the lookout doesn't even need it anymore), have them reach SSJ2 and become a unique styled tag team force, stop relying on Gotenks.
As for Green Tracksuit Gohan, he looked good in it in the latest episode, now that he's actually got muscle again, he fills out well, that could've been a good outfit if they didn't want to be lazy and rehash Buu Saga designs again.

Falconer dub is better than this. I don't mind the OST in Super but I can't really get behind Z's Japanese music. It's awful in my opinion. Nothing like the Trunks Super arc themes.

Are you comparing only to Kai's japanese soundtrack? Because that was not the track they used in the original Z.
I'm enjoying Kai: The Final Chapters so far. I guess if you didn't like the Buu saga I can see why people might not like it, because it still drags a lot of stuff out, but it's better than the android/ Cell saga, which I thought was awful in Kai.
With how much Great Saiyaman is being pushed, wonder if he'll go back to that after this arc.

Cell is actually fairly unpopular in Japan. He was less popular than Roshi and barely higher than Yamcha and Tenshinhan in a poll form the 00s. I don't know how much his western popularity would make up for it, since we don't even have numbers for that.

Yeah, I'm just not a fan of Cell. I like Frieza's conqueror with an army angle. Kid Buu is a maniac and while I prefer the android/cell arc to the Majin Buu arc, I like Kid Buu more than any version of Cell. I do think taking a second look at Cell would be interesting though. I'm open to seeing him again. I'd love a 17/Cell fight
Edit: I just want to take a minute and say how grateful I am 17 is back and he is in the upper echelon of strength. And I'm so happy 18 and Krillin are participating in this arc as well. I love the diversity of the team.

I'd be okay with having Norio Wakamoto back in the show.
But that was Toei's Bardock. Toriyama's Bardock is a weakling who couldn't be ranked as a mid-tier Saiyans and Toriyama even said in an interview once that it would be pointless to bring Bardock back since he would be so weak compared to everyone.
I mean roshi is running with the big boys again.

Toriyama was involved in Episode of Bardock which Toei seems to consider canon, so we know he achieved Super Saiyan before dying at the very least, who knows what else happened after that.
I've had this feeling that they're going to bullshit him into being the original Super Saiyan God one day.
There's also the chance that Bardock could come back and it not be Toriyama's idea.
He only did Chill's character design and enjoyed it as a 'What If' story. It isn't canon at all, it is an Elsewhere story.
He loved Father of God, yet had no problem writing his own version of events in Minus.
He never charted on the Dragon Ball Forever poll.
