This, Giant Bomb is basically corporate/branded youtube personality content. It's amazing how uninformed any actual game discussion is at this point. The Beastcast abandoned any serious attempt at game discussion/analysis half a year ago and has become the bob-and-tom morning show of gaming podcasts, and now the Bombcast is following suit with the latest crew addition constantly derailing the conversation into inane family-guy-esque diversions. It's really frustrating, because I used to learn a lot about games by listening to the Bombcast years ago while also being entertained, but now it seems like neither is happening. I guess it must be working for them, it's probably just a sign that I'm old and out of touch with what people want now.
