Those aren't exactly Super characters. I can totally see them allowing Goku Black and his form + Zamas's form in this game. I doubt they'll include anything from this current arc.

It's funny how the trailer ends with SSJ3 Goku though. As if he was some hot shit. I think everyone should have realized by now that the SSJ3 transformation is just a huge fucking joke.

SSj3 is great and it's only the way it is now because of stupid color swaps which is a shame.

So happy it's getting used over Blue for a least a short bit.

i mean you kinda have to put him in being the one who killed Cell, final villain of a major arc. If it's between SSJ2 Gohan and adult/Ultimate Gohan than his kid self is more "important".

I'm glad ASW finally understands how fucking wild a DB fighting game should be, it's why I've always disliked the 2d fighters and even their previous attempt with extreme botuden; shit was always just too tame.

Everyone i'm talking to outside of gaf and db centric communities are pessimistic about the game because of of how past DB games have been handled, which is weird to me because I think the trailer and the developer behind it indicate very well that it isn't just going to be "the average db" game. I mean it's somewhat fair to see it that way, and probably good if your expectations are tempered. On some aspect I'm on the same page. I don't like how most DB games in the past years have been handled, but the trailer (& dev) clearly indicate to me that this isn't going to be the usual.

The game is playable at E3 so we should have a good idea of how it plays soon. They are also doing a closed beta later in the Summer so they clearly care about consumer/player feedback. It's good not to get too hype (not EVERYTHING ASW has done is gold) but I feel this is in good hands and ASW are taking this game seriously?

This is the game we all asked for and if you didn't ask for it shame on you. I think the most impressive thing about it to me is how well all the 2ndary animations are handled as well as all the particle fx and environmental fx are added in. Just makes it all look so damn good.
