I don't know how I would react to a SotC remake. I would love it actually but I can't even imagine how the game would be with updated graphics. This is exciting, hope it's true.

Shadow of the Colossus remake is just something this thread made up. I wouldn't get excited if I were you.
I'm in the camp that it'd be a massive waste of time. All you could do is pretty it up to 4K and that when the PS3 remaster (and PS2 version, for that matter) are both perfectly playable and great as ever.

It has potential, need to see a better gameplay demo. I think there was something mentioned by devs a while back about leading hordes of zombies towards bandit encampments..I think that'd make a pretty damn good demo to show off. It's one of my favourite ways to play games, set a bunch of traps and watch enemies freak out a bit trying to deal with them, while I pick them off from a distance. If Days Gone gives me a lot more options while doing that it's day 1 for me.
I'll also be pissed if the game doesn't include a taser that can set zombies on fire.

I'm not even cautiously optimistic. I liked the demo last year and everything they've said since sounds great. I'm genuinely looking forward to hearing more.

Well, I have hopes too. It's a fact, that zombie games are kinda out of fashion today, but it can still be good. I hope for coop mp (or a battle royale mode with added zombie threat. That would be dope imo.)

It sounds better on paper than what they've shown thus far, so I'm hoping we'll get to see the details come to life on screen this time.

Well, things happen, so i am sure some of the announcements can be canceled or ,even included at the very last minute somehow. Just in case. So it would be wise to have a basic structure but that allows last minute changes.
Yes of course, but don't forget we are entering the 2/3 last years of this generation, so why announce a long term game that may be released in 2019/20 now if tthere's no pressure from MS. Hold it and show next year in playable form and available in less than one year.
They have been criticized for early showings, so if they had one of them, just hold it a little longer
They could literally skip E3 this year and they'd be fine.
Sony has already a large list of big games coming.
I'm going to put in Dead Space 4 in there. I know it's a longshot but who knows.
Decent guesses besides RDR2 and FFVII.
Although Shuei wouldn't come on before 3rd Party talk, he's Head of 1st Party. Supposedly, their new 3rd Party Development Head (Adam Boyes replacement) is ex-Harmonix COO, Florian Hunziker so we'll probably see him for the first time.

I'm hoping for at least a little update. I don't care that it's a while off, genuinely have no problems with far off games appearing as long as it's interspersed with soonish games (GOW, spiderman, Days gone, Crash, Gt sport have a nice range of dates covered) especially when it's as anticipated as tlou2.

Neither Naughty Dog nor Sucker Punch have denied their presence, while the absence of Shenmue III and Death Stranding was confirmed before hand.
So, who knows.

TBH I'll be happy with another cinematic trailer and a release window. I just think ND might not want to overshadow The Lost Legacy, so TLOU could be a no-show. Hope I'm wrong though.

Same here. Their last game came out over 3 years ago. Even if it's announced tonight, it would mean 4 1/2 - 5 year dev time. So yeah, I hope they show it.
Detroit I wouldn't bother showing at E3. Give it a 10 minute conference at the EU Game Show, be it in Germany or Paris.

Well Naughty Dog will be there to showcase Lost Legacy DLC anyway, so that's not surprising.

Folks. I have been betting on Xbox the last several years. But due to X's price point, lack of first party news (and I am afraid that Halo 6 is going through development hell at the moment), I am considering a PS4 (Pro).
Specifically because I want to play Battlefront 2 this year on console with the best possible graphics (I have a decent PC but I enjoy console shooters and a more healthy population is beneficial).
Right now there's a bundle going around for 344 euros which includes a Pro and HZD. Should I jump on this or is it highly likely that there'll be a (Battlefront 2 oriented) bundle later this year at this price point or even better?
Still in doubt due to all the Xbox hardware that I have at the moment that would be usable on 'X' and Xbox Live Gold subscription that was just renewed.
Also. How's the DS4 for shooters? I have always heavily preferred the XBO controller, but it has been a long while since I used a DS controller for a shooter.
Still keeping options open however.

They could have said that they are not showing TLoU Part II. Usually, Sony does that. As I said, who knows at this point.
And I don't think it will be harmful for The Lost Legacy to show TLoU Part II, because the latter is still far away.
The Dual Shock 4 is a pretty good controller, best controller they have ever made, but I like Xbox One's more.

Very likely to be a BF2 Pro bundle, very unlikely to be significantly cheaper than 344.
DS4 is ok for shooters but obviously would probably take some used to from old Xbox user. DS3 is the one that had the sucky analogue sticks for shooters.

DS4 is a great controller. One of the best ever. You can argue back and forth between it and the XB1 controller, but both are great. A dual shock 3 this is not.
At $500 pre tax? Scorpio isn't convincing many people to switch.
Personally, I'd wait til just before Battlefront 2 comes out, I'd be surprised if Sony didn't take one last little dig at Microsoft and do a temporary price drop just before/around XB1X's launch. And there will almost definitely be a BF2 bundle, I'd wager there'd even be a ltd edition console (there was for Battlefront 1)

The Last of Us: Part II was shown in the same event as the Lost Legacy, so them being in E3 together doesn't seem to be an issue.
I wonder, if it is not going to be there, why Sony hasn't said something about it? I mean, Death Stranding is a game which is awaited by a lot of people, like The Last of Us, so maybe is gonna be there, but Sony doesn't want to ruin the surprise.
