While Spider-Man 2, made $27.7M on its first Monday (July 5th, so everyone had it off), I think that Spider-Man Homecoming will compare favourably to SM2 throughout the rest of this week.
If Homecoming matches Spider-man 2's domestic gross beyond those first 6 days (Wed-Mon, since SM2 opened on a Wednesday), it will end up with a domestic total of $322M.
300M incoming. I will nail the domestic total.

Here is how Spider-man Homecoming stacks up against Amazing Spider-Man 2 in every international territory that opened to at least $1M USD this weekend.
I don't have actual numbers for ASM2's India and Indonesia openings. The numbers listed were estimates out of an old THR article.
South Korea saw a huge opening, so I have included international totals with and without SK.
Spider-Man Homecoming made an additional $20M from 40+ territories that opened under $1M.
As you can see, Homecoming opened about on par with ASM2 outside of South Korea.
EDIT: The biggest drop in gross from ASM2 to SMH was from Venezuela, which went from $1.5M to 450k. However, they have bigger things to worry about than superhero movies.
