I would most likely reroll from lock main to hunter main in this game for various reasons so that’s another thing

Just bought it after promising myself I wouldn't due to feeling ripped off by Destiny 1.

Though I suspect that this game will feel like the game Destiny 1 should have been.

Do I need to know anything about the story in Destiny 1 for this game to make sense?

So I wasn’t planning on purchasing destiny 2. But due to unfortunate circumstances, and the hype. I think I’m going to pre order.

My grandfather passed away on Thursday night. We were in the hospital with him as it happened. Because of bereavement time and Labor Day, I will be off work all of this week. So I’m not just sitting at home thinking about it, I think I’ll buy Destiny 2 so I can play all week and enjoy the hype with people.

Between this and the hype, I got the bug to play. Hope to play with some of you! (PS4)

Put me off the class. To be fair I played mostly as a Titan in D1 and maybe didn't spend enough time in D2 beta with it.

I'm going with either Hunter again or try out Warlock. I'll maybe give Titan another fair shot. When PC comes out I'll decide what one to main.

Great OT JohnOfMars! I can't wait to dive in, Destiny isn't my favorite game this gen, but it's pretty damn close. My only tough choice is which class to go with. I was going to carry on with my warlock, but one of the friends I play with hated the hunter in the beta so plans to play a warlock instead.

It doesn't matter much from a gameplay perspective, but it would constantly bug me to have two warlocks, a titan, and no hunter.

Well it definitely got me thinking about starting with Titan instead of Hunter. I might do that. Then just have my Hunter main be on PC.

I don't plan on having on all 3 classes on PS4 since I'll be moving over. Idk. Still haven't decided yet.
