Can anybody with a physical copy let me know what the day one patch size is?

I know the digital versions got a 6 GB patch. However, the digital version that went up for pre-load has a good chance of not being the same as the "gone gold" disc version, I assume.

My internet is rural and horrible (thanks, Rise Broadband, for being the worst). I have decent ping but horrible downstream. A 6 GB patch is probably 3-6 hours for me, but I have heard rumors of an 18 GB patch for the physical copies, which means I need to make other plans to physically bring the PS4 someplace and download the patch there.

I wish you could make PSN download the patch for a game you plan to buy.

Yes. This is the type of game that should be digital. I had to go and get a digital copy later because I am too lazy to get up and change discs.

I think so, if the other member can't open up the clan and give you admin.

Nope, have to delete old character. All your characters appearance transfer automatically from what I uynderstand

No. You need to create a new one. All your achievements is account based so you will still get an emblem or other stuff for them.

Curious, why is the Destiny 2 OT on the gaming side and not the community side?

Played a part of the campaign thanks to a friend, it was really boring, cool destinations and sceneries, but Destiny doesn't shine best with its campaign. Cinematics are quite cool on the other hand!

Our Guardian remaining silent was, as expected, ridiculous. Too bad.

8-10 hours is right in line with FPS games. Don't need a long drawn out campaign. Just something with more story and connective tissue is good for me. Not to mention you'll be replaying it anyway with friends for better loot.

Convinced my group of friends, one of which played the original, to pick up the game so I'm more than excited to hop on at midnight tonight. Picked up the obnoxiously expensive Digital Collectors Edition (129.99 Canadian) so I'll either be pleased or disappointed when I see the stats on the sword. Was a member of the DGAF clan on Xbox until I found a group of friends through an LFG site and joined up with them. Feels weird and great to be starting fresh.

Canadian question: Has anyone seen any D2 Labelled Rockstar cans? I've been to a few conveniences stores and have yet to see a single one.
