I am lucky enough to have meet some amazing gentlemen through destiny that I commune with on a nearly daily basis. We have raged, celebrated, and laughed ALOT together these past 3 years, both in game and chat.
I wasn't sure I was going to be able to jump in again for D2. But today, they talked me into it and one of them went so far as even buy the game for me, knowing the finiacial situation I'm in. An act that moved me greatly. I went from media blackout all year out of a desire to not get sucked back in, to absolutely excited to spend time with them almost every day again like we use to.
This is the part of gaming you can't easily Express to people who just don't understand or play. The comradery that develops.
Destiny the game was an up and down experience, but what it gave me was much more important than the hours I spent playing it.
