Is there any way to re-create/re-shape your character post creation?

I feel like most of the female faces here look so ugly, lol. On the female human only the Asian-looking one look kinda decent, and while the alien human race (forgive me, I am new to Destiny, lol) looks kinda okay on the CC, by the time you enter the game they can look quite scary in not a good way, hahah.

Like, my God, I can't believe that you can't even ROTATE your character to see what they look like (especially the hair) from behind! I mean, WTF...? Unless I'm missing something here...???

True, but I'm assuming they have a similar setup to most corporations and the messages will come through as they clear the backlog.

If not, ouch. Poorly planned either way. It's almost as if photographic evidence of receipts takes up a ton of space when sent in bulk.
 
I didn't get my Amazon delivery today. The weathers cooling down, so tonight would have been an awesome night to start playing. :( another day won't kill me

Alright expert mode (PS4) questions:

I have two PS4s in my house, connected with one Primary PS+ account
Say I bought the game digitally...

1. Would I be able to play the game on both PS4s on my one account interchangeably????

2. Could a friend (with PS+) come over and I login to 1st PS4, and he logs into the 2nd PS4 with his account. Would we be able to play each other????

If there's anything that D2 truly deserves criticism on it's the lack luster CC. The fact that they basically just used the same one from D1 is truly sad. No there's no barbershop later on to change.
 
On one hand due to the hurricane I have Thursday and Friday off, that's good! But a super hurricane is coming, that's bad. But I get two maybe three days to enjoy destiny, that's good! But I'll probably lose power for over a week after the storm, that's bad.

I'm just saying, their system getting full at all tells you everything about how prepared they were.
 
Me: Too hyped, cave and get a ps4 copy.

Also me: Don't do it, it'll be worth it experiencing everything fresh for the first time on pc.

Me: You're going to spoil it anyway, just play now and have a single ps4 character.

Also me: You'll regret it if you never touch ps4 again once pc comes out.

Literally the first time I am unable to do it on a game with a character creation. I certainly do not expect it from a high-budget high-profile game, hah.

What's the deal with the
D1 screen shots
you get in the beginning for returning players?

Do I have to carry my character forward for the rewards, or will I get them regardless since my my D1 character is linked?

Right there with you. I expected them to at least update it some.

Gonna sound bad, but if there's any good news on this front the amount you see your characters face is pretty slim. With wearin a helmet and all.

I realize the PC version isn't ready to go, but Bungie knew exactly what they were doing here. Going to be a lot of double dipping. I imagine the percentage is large.

They could theoretically add cross play (good luck with Sony protectionism) and get even more. I'm in that category.

Yep. I see MS being down with cross play. Could you imagine the Xbox/PC community it would explode.

This is my first jump into Destiny universe, so I didn't know that they literally just brought over CC from Destiny 1 wholesale without changing anything, lol, oh my God.

I am weird in that I like seeing my characters to look good in my RPGs, hahah, and it's fun seeing a good looking character running around in the Farm. I created three Warlocks already because I reset and reset because something looked so off when I saw them on the Farm. I am weird that way.

Oh well.... *sad face*
 
Am I the only one extremely bothered that the game is titled "Destiny 2 - Base Game" on Xbox One, and if any of my friends are playing it says that. I assume whoever listed it on the store was confused with the way bundles worked so they've titled the entire game "Base game". Doesn't seem to be like this on PS4.
 
So what are people's favourite songs so far?

Also, I thought I had more people from DGAF from when I used to play on my friends list but no one is playing it right now.. feelsbad. Feel free to add me - Justlnsayne (lower case L for - l), don't have to play with me but I always liked inspecting people on my list to see what they had.

If I buy the physical edition, and then get the season pass later, can I still play the game without the disc? I'm presuming no.

It sucks but it's what businesses do.

Also Destiny is a Sony marketing game don't expect cross play with Destiny Xbox and PC

Not an expert but I think yes for both questions. Dont even think your buddy would technically need PS+ if he played on your "Primary" console. He would use your accounts Primary console (but login with his own account) and you would just login with your normal PS+ account on the secondary console.

With Destiny 1 physical and digital were completely separate. I think it's like that for all games at least on PS4. I started off on physical disc and got tired of it and had to rebuy the entire base game and redownload it when I bought digitally. If youre going to put a hundred or a thousand hours into this just buy digital.
