Anyone else find trying to throw the Sentinel shield horribly inconsistent? Its pressing the bumpers again, right?

I know there's a cooldown but when its up and at the start of the super I try to throw the shield and end up just lunging each time and wasting about 2/3 of the super just trying to do it sometimes before giving up. Puts me off the class entirely as it's so frustrating despite really loving everything about it.

Edit: well, I'm an idiot. Just taken the time to burn a super on my own and seen it's where grenade is, so that's L1. Wow. Well at least I know because I absolutely love the class.

I'm playing solo. It's fun as hell. Better time than Vanilla Destiny solo. Put about 16 hours into it now.

It's a much, much better solo experience than vanilla Destiny was. Having an actual story and the adventures and patrol quests help immensely with that.

You will have to play with others to get the most out of the game but you can play large amounts of this by yourself and it would be pretty fulfilling.

They wanted players to explore the world. Because of that, I keep forgetting to use my Sparrow at times.

This feels like the old days of autos ruling crucible in the first few months of D1. I can feel a 3 year long nerf coming.

Please God don't nerf them just buff everything else up to their level.

I haven't used autos in pvp enough to comment on balance, but buffing everything else up isn't a good answer to an outlier as it would reduce TTK on the whole lower and Destinys TTK is already way too low. (Especially for fans of Bungies older work )

After you fire, keep holding down the trigger. The projectile will stick to the target and there will be three "clicks" the longer you hold the trigger. Two clicks is good, and three does massive damage.

I'm only on Titan and did the first story mission there, but I'm already enjoying this way more than I thought I would.

Even solo just doing story and adventures, I feel like this will have been worth my time. Will see how deep I will get into the co-op but yeah, I can see myself getting REALLY invested lol.

Pvp has had a massive change . Gone are the days of casual good laugh times (of course with big problems in weapons and netcode etc )

Now it's a team shooting game . Pvp is poor compared to the first , and that's saying something 4s are for sweaty players , which hardly any destiny players are . 6s are for the crowd here . But they fucked that up

I know it was, COD4 and Overwatch have spoilt me because now it feels like shit as opposed to being okay.
