The glass back is cool, but there is seriously nothing exciting about this phone.

They’re saving all the good stuff for the Edition. The 8 was always going to be boring. The 8 is the normal incremental phone. The Edition is gonna be their “here’s what’s next” phone.

Probably means larger/deeper photo sites for photon collection. It's a larger sensor.

A lot of the camera features that looked like they were going to be iPhone X exclusive are making it into the iPhone 8 Plus, nice.

X is gonna be all about the display and the FaceID as differentiators, not all the other stuff.
